“One of those amazing "hole in the wall" places that surprises the hell out of you. Friends invited me to meet them here for $2 burgers. I wasn't expecting much for $2, a place that has $2 burgers on Tuesdays or a small bar in a small strip plaza. Don't judge a book... The burgers were fantastic. The sweet potato tots were freaking delicious. Service was great. Have gone back a few times already and it's been just as good. It was even good when they had just opened the doors & there wasn't a soul in there but the owner. Definitely worth checking out. Apparently they have different specials every day but I'm stuck on $2 burger Tuesdays.“

“Best soft serve in this part of St. Pete! They are generous with the amount of ice cream they scoop into the waffle cones. They also have a customer reward program. Just give them your phone # every time you buy, and you can earn a free cone after so many purchases.“

Parking is easy, the ice cream is incredible (they always have a flavor of the month that is new and exciting) and the staff is friendly and helpful. “One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to!! Everything was so delicious and flavorful! We ordered the truffle fries - amazing. We also ordered pasta rustica (I modified and took out the mushrooms and olives, and I added chicken) it was definitely the best plate we had! The lasagna and tiramisu were also made to perfection. “Cecelia’s Sweets and Vampire Penguin is a family owned and operated desert and snack store located just off of Central Avenue in St. Petersburg with another Vampire Penguin location in Seminole, Florida. Their award winning shaved snow is unlike anything we’ve ever had before and we were already fans of the Vampire Penguin in Seminole before we tried their downtown St. Pete location!We were greeted by a very sweet young lady as well as Cecelia’s daughter and we’re excited to find that this location offered some additional items like house-made freeze dried candy, gourmet popcorn, cookies, delicious premium ice cream in a cup, cone or waffle cone, soft drinks, floats, warm pretzels, and even non-dairy and low sugar options on their small sized snow desserts! The restaurant is super cute with bright decor, friendly service, bar style seating and even a water bowl for your fur kids just outside the door! They have a cute Instagramable wall and the bathroom was well kept and clean.We ordered a warm salted Pretzel with their honey mustard dip which was delicious! I ordered the Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream in a cone and my husband ordered the stunning Polar Affogato - Coffee and Vanilla flavored snow, surrounded by Chocolate Brownie chunks, drizzled in Chocolate sauce and topped with fresh Whipped Cream dusted with Coco Powder. It was mind blowing!We will 100% be returning to Cecilia’s for the wonderful treats and fabulous customer service! “Some of the best kombucha you can find in the country without a doubt. This is kombucha worth traveling across state lines for. A welcoming atmosphere with an emphasis on keeping things local or in-season whenever possible. Incredibly balanced and clean kombucha that lets you appreciate the flavors they chose to brew with. Complex at times but never overly sweet or abrasive. While I live out of state and was just passing through for a few days, I will definitely be back whenever I'm nearby in the future. If you're looking for goses, sours or fruited beer this is the place to go. We had 2 different flights with a total of 8 different beer and liked just about every one of them. “The first time we ate at The Frog Pond we knew we would be back as regulars. Their homemade strawberry jam is fantastic - definitely ask for a side of that with your toast! “Bacchus is always a 10/10 experience. The staff are all incredibly kind, their charcuterie is stunning, and their steak au poivre is fantastic. On their charcuterie boards, their homemade jams are lovely and their steak au poivre comes with an onion and garlic (jam?) that is to die for. On our most recent visit, we sat outside and as it was starting to get a little chilly, unprompted, they brought over blankets for everyone at our table. I really can't recommend Bacchus enough!“

“I'm not new to Pinellas ale works. This is probably one of the most dog friendly brewery/ place in Tampa bay. I mean their acronym is PAW. They've got a large selection of their OWN beer which most breweries lack. Definitely get a flight or two. This time we got the sour raspberry pucker pup and peach Harold's lager. Both delicious if you're into gose's or lagers. The vibe is quite chill I mean why would you bring your pup somewhere it isn't. If you're looking for great beer and cool spot to bring your dog definitely come here. Cool thing if you bring your dog they've got a jar of milk bone snacks on every table.“
