This afternoon I joined 22 friends for High Tea at Jack's. The food was better than the High Teas I had in England. Perhaps this is due to them making everything in house: fresh baked bread for the finger sandwiches, puff pastries with cream and jam, rum spiked fruit cake...all delicious. If you've never been to England, and still want the authentic experience, gather some friends and arrange with Jack's for a delightful afternoon of tea, food and conversation.
We went to Jacks for lunch today. We ordered the fish and chips. It was fantastic. Also, met the owner/chef, Peter. Great friendly guy. I strongly recommend Jacks. We will definitely be returning.
