First off, I'd like to preface this review by saying I've been to Engine No.9 about two dozen times over the past few years and have never had a problem...until tonight. Worst service experience I've ever had anywhere, and I've been going to bars & restaurants for over 30 years as an adult. A shame, because the food is excellent and every other employee I've interacted with over the years has been great.
