“For some reason it kept doubling the order when ordering online making everything two of everything, I had to go back and remove and it would do it again. And then the one thing I did put in there they didn't give me. I'd ordered two sweet and sours. They gave me three... Beware ordering online, when I called to address this issue I was told to hold on transferring to a manager and they hung up on me...
I will find a different place to order family food from... Because having a website that automatically adds two of something when you're ordering one is a rip-off“

“Pagoda Asian Grill absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Look I really wanted to like this place. Came in after a long day at work — and just needed some simple Chinese food to hit the spot.
The Beef Chow Ho Fun and egg rolls were honestly disappointing. The food just didn't deliver the way I was hoping. Flavors were off and the quality felt questionable at best.
The lady at the counter had absolutely zero interest in being there and it showed in every single interaction.
Won't be back.

“I am not from this area in Saint Pete. I stopped into the restaurant because the smell of the food is absolutely amazing. Their food is excellent. If you haven’t been here take a chance and come. I don’t normally do reviews, but this is the best Chinese food I’ve had in a really long time.“

“Like others have mentioned the lobby is messy but we never go in. We always deliver and the delivery driver is always so pleasant. The food is always great and we enjoy it. On a very rare occasion it can be a miss but usually it's great. We don't go to any other Chinese restaurants because they disappoint while here they don't. We love their lunch deals.“

The sesame chicken, general tso’s, sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls are delicious and always crunchy! My boyfriend gets the pork fried rice with chicken wings and that’s how you know it’s good he eats it haha! Thank you for every delicious meal you all cook up!“
