“This is our go-to Chinese takeout place in Clearwater. It reminds me of one of the corner joints I used to frequent when I was a kid in New York City. It’s much better than a lot of of the other local takeout places - they use fresh vegetables and make more from scratch. The prices are very reasonable, given the times. We have a gluten-free person in our household, and the Singapore rice noodles are hit. And there’s plenty of shrimp in the noodles.“

“I would just like to take a moment to acknowledge how great the customer service is here. I order from here often, usually through DoorDash. Well I had issues tonight with my driver, nothing the restaurant did, DoorDash drivers just weren’t so kind or accommodating. The lady I spoke to, I believe she’s the owner but I don’t recall - she went above and beyond for me. The food here is incredible and that’s coming from someone who is very picky with how Chinese food is made. Despite all the issues I had, my food came HOT and delicious as usual. “I ordered the General Tso lunch special with an eggroll. Eggroll was very good. The General Tso's sauce was tasty, mildly spicy and overall very good, but there could have been a little more sauce. Also no broccoli. I thought it normal you get at least a few pieces of broccoli in your Gen Tso. As a whole I enjoyed the food, and would order here again.“

“Our family has been eating takeout from here for the 6 years we have lived in Clearwater, always delicious. Friendly people and always consistent. We have never strayed, this is our go to when we want won ton soup, boneless bbq ribs, pork fried rice and Singapore Chow Mei Fun. Thank you for always making excellent food.“

“We started ordering from China 88 within the last year & really like it. It's obviously not breaking any new ground, but our orders are always consistent & tasty & prepared quickly. We usually place online order from pick up/take out & practically always get the same thing: Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon or Fried Wontons, Pork Lo Mein, Chicken or House Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, & Sesame Chicken or Beef & Broccoli. I know, pretty basic, but it's reliable & we've never had any issues.“
