The new owners have really elevated the food quality! I tried it many years ago and never went back. Today I decided to give it another chance and I’m so glad I did. The fried dumplings are AMAZING! Crispy even when you order takeout. The fried rice and sweet & sour chicken are also great. My son is demanding we go back soon and try more!
I love the Bourbon chicken here. Don't live close to this location but I still drive out of my way to get some good bourbon chicken. #1 best compared to any other china 1.
I've recently gone back to China 1 for Chinese take-out. There was a change in ownership and the food is MUCH better. The pork rolls are good. I love the chicken or beef curry. The hot & spicy soup is great! We ask for it hot & spicy (Chinese spicy) and they make it that way. We ask for the homemade hot mustard. Wow! If you went away because it wasn't so good in the past, you should try it again. You won't be disappointed.
