The manager at the Missouri location was professional, polite and very kind. The store is clean and her staff makes sure the customers are being helped. I am a senior citizen and felt safe in her store. Thank you Miss S. Im going to your store on Missouri from now on.
Very - VERY - disappointing service from the drive-through. I’ll be looking for another Popeyes. They took our order, asked us to move forward to wait, and then absolutely forgot about our order. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the laughter - under their breath - was really disappointing. Oh, and the iced tea was water with a hint of tea. Two stars is a gift. This was the 3rd time we went there. Every time was no fun.
