“This is my favorite Go-to for Chinese food ! Everything is always fresh and the owner is so nice along with her daughters ! I've tried other spots when this was closed for a bit and nothing compared to here. Our family of 10 LOVE IT HEREE!“

“I’ve been coming to Yummy Tokyo for years, and I’ve always enjoyed the food here. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews because my experiences have been very different.

The food has always been fresh, portions are good, and the staff has been friendly. I especially enjoy their steak, hibachi, and sushi. No restaurant is perfect every single time, but based on my years of coming here, I think the recent negative reviews don’t fairly represent the restaurant.

I just wanted to share my experience and support the owners because I know how hard they work. If you haven’t tried Yummy Tokyo before, I’d recommend giving them a chance and judging for yourself. Definitely 5 stars from me!“

“They must have new owners. I’m a fussy eater, I generally suffer through mediocre General Tso.
Wasn’t in the mood to cook, I was already at the plaza. Now, the counter girl did make a mistake- ordered me a full meal instead of lunch meal, they were willing to fix it, but they were confused about issuing a credit so I stuck with the full meal
My Gosh, it was so good! Nice thick sauce, good chunks of meat. Medium spicy, I think I’m accustomed to mild spicy..
I think it’s a little pricey, $17 for a to go meal, nothing else .. no fried noodles or fortune cookies… but it was quick, delicious, the portion was fine for me, again I think I’m accustomed to bigger portions- that’s why I wanted the lunch special … taste is the most important part, it was the prettiest Gen Tso chicken (to go) I ever saw, left me feeling brave enough to try something new (maybe) next time. I don’t know why the huge change, but I totally approve. The staff was so very sweet.“

“We tried Rice Bowl for the first time last night and it was all delicious. I had intended to get sushi but ordered the Chicken Udon and was so glad I did. The noodles and veggies were in a delicious broth, not in a heavy sauce. We also ordered the fried gyoza app which was delicious, and the kids meal was shrimp with fried rice which she said was amazing- and a generous portion for a kid. We will be coming back regularly- love a good sit-down Asian restaurant with a lot of options!“

“Listen, I’m a perfectionist. I don’t think everyone deserves a perfect review. This place however, is the best place I’ve been. My husband who is also extremely picky with sushi/seafood, etc., will not go anywhere else. His family, our family, anyone we speak to loves this place and will drive 30+ minutes even when we will pass 5+ other sushi places on the way there. When we don’t have the time we spend an extra 30+ dollars getting it delivered because we have been spoiled here.“

“This is my favorite take out stop. Recently, I had an operation which made it difficult to walk. A very help employee brought my order to my car. Be sure to get their wonton soup and an egg roll. Every meal I'veordered is outstanding.“

“We have enjoyed the dim sum here on a number of occasions and found it to be very good. The atmosphere of the customer areas seems comfortable and clean so for these two points the restaurant gets high marks. Where it fails to meet expectations is in the cleanliness of its restrooms. They seem filthy, even observed a bottle of bowl cleaner on the floor next to the toilet.
They say never to eat in a restaurant with poor restroom conditions and this is one that could turn customers away. Not sure we’ll return but if we do I hope to see an improvement in their restrooms as it is desperately needed.“

“Top China is quite good. Many choices to suit plus daily luncheon menue @ $10.75 including a can of pop. We have been twice and will go back. One test for me is how busy a place is. They are quite busy and capable responding to customers. That being busy is important to me as I do not usually go to places that are not busy. It is good substantial proportions. The food stocks in slow not busy places hold food to long before preparation while busy kitchens get it in and get it prepped out the door. You can eat in. Most food seems to be take out. Go, it is good. Enjoy.“

“I moved from Florida 8 years ago and used to eat here before moving. Not sure if the owners have changed but had them again this past week and it felt so nostalgic and tasted just how I remembered it. I got boneless spare ribs and fried rice. Huge portions and decent price. It came with an egg roll which was also good. I unfortunately cannot get something similar in Texas which stinks.

The only con was I also got krab rangoons which tasted awful. And for some reason they had a pink tinge of color to them and the cream cheese didn’t taste right. Would not recommend those.“

“I've been going to this place fir 10yrs and every time I'm satisfied. Tgey have the bes General Tao chicken, egg rolls, vegetable fried rice and more. Yhe food is delicious 😋. The staff is professional. They are quick. They say 10-15 minutes and I got it in 6. I highly recommend them if you can get out to Lakewood Ranch.“

“Love the Krab Rangoon. I see a few reviews complaining about it not having any fake crabmeat and that’s fine with me. I’ve never had a bad meal from this restaurant in the 3 years I’ve been getting my to go fix from them. It’s a little pricey but so is everything else.“

“Have lived in Parrish for 10 years, and this has ALWAYS been my family's to-go spot for great food to eat together!! Food is always hot, delicious, and perfectly portioned. We always get 2 large general tso's chickens, 1 small sweet and sour chicken, 1 large fried rice, 1 large white rice, crab rangoons, and 1 large mixed vegetables. ALWAYS consistent, always enjoyable. “I ordered from here my first time and delivery from door dash. My food was to my house in 30 minutes. I ordered chicken chow mein, spring rolls and also got pork fried rice and egg roll. The chow mein was good and fresh, the pork fried rice was delicious! Very good flavor! The spring rolls were ok, they were greasy. I did not enjoy the egg roll, it was very generic reminded me of a grocery store egg roll. Also, I didn’t receive any sauces such as hot mustard, soy or chili sauce for the spring rolls. My door dash driver was great! I will order again from Golden wok.“

“I've checked off another local Chinese restaurant from my list of local eateries.

At hand China Taste is another Chinese restaurant just like all others in the area. Don't get me wrong, every one is different from the other.

Disclaimer: I always order three lunch combos to get a sense of how the food tastes.

For this lunch I ordered beef and broccoli, pepper steak, and stir fry veggies in brown sauce with steamed white rice. The other lunches came with pork fried rice. Two came with an egg roll and one with egg drop soup.

Everything was really good. Plenty food in each container. The egg rolls were pretty typical and I was told by my mother that the egg drop soup was the best she had ever had. The egg drop soup wasn't as golden in color as most but it was properly thick and rich with flavor.

I definitely recommend coming for the egg drop soup.

“I had a great experience at China Master in Ellenton, Florida! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. “Being from NY I know good Chinese food. I'm not sure why this restaurant doesn't have more stars? I have been going here for years. The food is always tasty and fresh. It also feels warm, inviting, calm and relaxing. I've tried every Chinese buffet in Sarasota & Bradenton and this is the only one I continue to go back to.“

“Typical no frills chinese take out experience. The service was kind and it was quick. The food itself is a touch above the standard take out quality you experience around these parts. Lot of reminded me of back up North especially the fried rice. The general tso was crispy and had those sweet sugary crisped edges I love in this dish, the eggrolls were crispy and not oily (the shrimp eggroll was a touch on the salty side)...My family was happy and we would return.“

“The General Tso Chicken lunch special was fantastic. Huge portion, very flavorful sauce—thick and sweet/spicy. The quality of the chicken itself also seemed very high, especially at that price. The pork fried rice also stood out to me. It had a sort of flame-cooked or smoked quality to it, and it was phenomenal. Lastly, the cashier was delightful, and overall I think this place deserves the recognition.
