Customer service needs a lot of work. First time visit and we placed an order via phone. We called back 5 minutes later to make an easy adjustment to the meal. When we walked in an older asian lady demanded that we pay for the meal and that no adjustments would be made. So I ended up having to pay for another version of that meal with the adjustment.Food was okay, I asked for the food to be spicy and they didn't make it spicy.
Ok this is coming from a New York transplant so take it as you will. This is pretty standard takeout joint. Nothing fancy and nothing to separate from the crowd. That being said if you are looking for a go-to Chinese food takeout joint this is a good one. The restaurant is clean, the prices are reasonable, the food is good, and the service is quick. Excellent New York style Chinese. If you want good old inexpensive Chinese food with great portions go here. We order here regularly and it's always ready fast and the food is delicious. Definitely would recommend.
