The pizza with their homemade dough is phenomenal… which also comes in a gluten-free option, for those of you… My favorite thing about this whole place is the server and manager, Johnathin. “We had a family gathering catered by Dolce Italia and everything was absolutely amazing! We had trays of the Trenne Dolce Italia with sausage, an eggplant dish and homemade pasta with meatballs, which was absolutely delicious. The Mista salad was beautiful, fresh and the perfect compliment to the meal. The process was easy thanks to Matthew’s suggestions and the food was hot, packaged well and ready to be served.”

“Wow Wow Wow! Absolutely delicious and authentic Italian food! I never order pasta from a pizza joint... I'm way too serious about my pasta. I took a chance on Capo as I'd had a slice of their eggplant pizza and it was fabulous. I orded the rigatoni bolognese, and requested penne as a substitute. It was heaven. The sauce was perfect - the amount of garlic was subtley handled as was the rest of the seasoning. No bitterness and not too sweet either. You can tell the sauce had been cooked awhike and not rushed. The meat was high quality and the coupe de gras was to burrata! A huge helping of cheese right in the middle of the dish. The serving was huge... I only needed it for myself and I got 3 meals from it. Of course as all pasta lovers know it was even better the second day. I had the good fortune to be offered a meatball to try by the owner. I went back the next week for an order of meatballs and tried the gnocchi. Highly highly highly recommend giving this place a try!!!”

We tried the Al pastor taco, the shrimp taco, asada tacos, a classic all American, and a quesadilla… all were absolutely fantastic! The salsa… SO GOOD 👏🏻 Even though we’re only here for a few days we will definitely find ourself coming back before heading back home! The staff were extremely kind and helpful on answering questions as well! 10/10 highly recommend!! Thanks for a great experience!”

“We had dinner at Siegfried's Restaurant on Feb. 26th - our third meal there and we always leave with big smiles on our faces. The schnitzel and sauerbraten are both excellent, as are the sides and desserts. The staff is warm and engaging and we were so happy to meet and speak with the chef/owner. The restaurant is in one of the cozy-looking cottages on Fruitville Rd and is the perfect setting for this authentic German restaurant. Be sure you make a reservation and be prepared to enjoy a fantastic German meal!”

Excellent service from everyone especially Kylee and got to meet the chef and owner who were as nice as can be and clearly love and excel at what they do!”

“It's rare to be able to walk into a place in America these days and immediately feel its warmth and welcome. This place is amazing. The owner/employees are so kind and warm, their greeting immediately recalibrates you to remember exactly what life is about - suddenly, I was making eye contact and smiling and feeling like I could slow down. Plenty of delicious, healthy juices, smoothies and drinks. But, most important of all, they had every indulgent food like pizza, pasta, or gyros, but the healthy vegan alternative, so I carried none of the guilt I usually do for wanting a pizza midday. The music is calm and low - think spa vibes, but with delicious juices, kind people, and healthy sustenance. You really feel like you're caring for yourself, and being cared for, while here.”

No management is it but I did them present and overlooking the restaurant. We enjoyed the 131 Maniac at the beginning and what a great way to start the dinner. We ordered the grilled artichokes, ribs, wedge salad, and prime rib sandwich. Loved every bite.”

“So delicious, everything is home made. It is a small intimate restaurant and the owners/chefs are so welcoming. The pasta is so delicious and the focaccia bread to the mussels appetizer to the lamb sauce over fettuccine was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The homemade mixture they serve with the bread is unlike anything we have ever had and it was their grandma’s recipe that made it extra special. I would suggest a reservation for this hidden gem!”

The wings are good, don't get me wrong, but I can not get enough of the cheese steak. They have plenty of seating and we have never had to wait even though it has always been pretty full of people. The bathroom has all of these pictures of famous people eating duffs wings, it's funny. I really like this place, I wish they were closer, but I don't mind the drive.”

And I top of all that they did all this with it being very busy. They were all professional and helpful and we didn't even wait but a few minutes for our order to be made and we were on our way. “We stumbled on Yard House, after shopping late in the area. Not sure how we slept on this restaurant before this, but it's our new favorite place. The vibe is awesome. They have 80's classic music and videos playing, along with multiple sports screens. Although, it wasn't too loud and we could still easily enjoy good conversation throughout dinner. Everything was very clean, and I'm super picky. The menu had something for everyone's taste. We tried the Lobster Garlic Noodles, Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna, Truffle Fries and Whiskey Caramel Butter Cake. The noodles were beyond expectations. The flavor profile was so unique compared to anything similar that we've tried elsewhere...hands down the best noodle dish we've ever had! And it was loaded with huge chunks of real lobster, as well as shrimp. The ahi tuna was so tender, it could be cut with a fork...it literally melted in your mouth. Typically, I'm not a fan of ponzu sauce, but there's was incredible and went perfectly with the tuna. I also appreciate that they served it with broccolini, which had an amazing grilled taste and wasn't over salted. We also tried a horseradish aioli and wasabi sauce - both were great. The server was very upbeat, friendly, accommodating and attentive from beginning to end. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We will be back and will bring friends!”

Our group of 7 was exceptionally pleased with our meals (we've never seen our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter eat so much!), the attentiveness and the ease of scheduling the reservation. He checked in exactly when he needed to, kept the vibe light and warm, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever hovering. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does. “Just wanted a burger. What a wonderful find Lucky 8 was! The smash burgers were the best we've had in Sarasota. Service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the decor was very nice. “Today, Saturday the 2ns of May was the first time I visited any of these Restaurants. So I read all the negative responses of other customers. I had quite the opposite findings. 1. It was lunch and not dinner but there was no waiting for a table for 5. 2. We had a student waiter and his coach that were very attentive. 3. The first thing I asked for was Unsweetened Ice Tea and they had it. 4. I had heard about their meatballs being so great, and they were great but small. 5. It was the best Spaghetti sauce I've ever had in a Restaurant. Most are under cooked, this one wasn't.. Being raised in an Italian family, this is the only one I would come back for. 6. The Wife had a Salad and enjoyed it with enough to take home. 7. The food came out in 15 minutes flat. The drinks were immediate. 8. The Men's room decor was perfect and clean.. While others had bad service and other problems, we had excellent service and good food.”

“Dinner was fantastic, but Josh made the entire night. The steak was spot-on, but his service was even better. He was so genuine and sweet the entire time, and honestly one of the funniest servers we've had in a long time. His sense of humor was subtle, perfectly timed, and made us feel like we were in great hands. He checked in exactly when he needed to, kept the vibe light and warm, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever hovering. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. If you get the chance, ask for Josh -- he'll make your whole meal better! We will for sure be asking for Josh when we come back!!”

“On a recent hot-as-Hades afternoon my sister and I enjoyed a lovely and delicious lunch in the outdoor seating area of Tommy Bahamas. Yes, outdoors — right beside the cooling comfort of a large fan that was strikingly quiet despite its size. We each started with a bowl of creamy crab bisque, then shared an order of (2) perfectly cooked scallop sliders served with a generous serving of haystack fries and an order of (5) large coconut shrimp with papaya-mango chutney on a bed of slaw. The service was seamless, all three of the dishes had us grinning with pleasure, and the coastal vibe was upscale without being stuffy. We can’t wait to go back!”

Alice was the best waitress my husband and I have ever had and guided us through the menu and was able to explain every thing in detail and give us an idea of the things we have never had.
