“I submitted a review through Google, but I will include it here as well. I cannot recommend this shop enough. First time coming was in early Summertime. Came in with friends, craving some ice cream. Not only did this place deliver, I have come back time and time again since receiving the same incredible service and atmosphere Ryan and his team brings. The rotating flavors are a wonderful dream of variety. If anyone is ever looking for a place for that sweet tooth, or a beautiful way to end your Downtown venture, achieve Great Heights. You will leave soaring through Great Heights.“

“As the Social Media Specialist at Hale Law, I had the opportunity to work with Crepetopia on a social media collaboration for our office, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Their location is super aesthetic, the staff was friendly and professional, and they were a great collaborator throughout the entire process. We ordered a variety of their chocolate-themed mini crepe bites (Oreo, S’mores, Strawberry Nutella, M&M, Banana Nutella, and Triple Chocolate), and they had everything ready so fast. We brought the treats back to the Hale Law office for our team to try, and the whole office absolutely loved them! The bites were fresh, delicious, and such a fun dessert option. Highly recommend Crepetopia if you’re looking for a great local dessert spot and an awesome place to work with!“

“I just wanted to let you in on a little secret. I have lived in Sarasota for 3 years and i have found the best ice cream shoppe in Sarasota. Pinecraft Ice Cream is the best. Located at 3350 Bahia Vista St. They have a delicious variety of ice cream some even dairy free. My favorite is the soft serve twist. While your there order a pizza from Village Pizza By Emma. Reminds me of the great pizza when I lived in New York. Tell them Bob sent you.“

“Great ice cream, but make sure if you are eating your ice cream outside in the heat of summer you ask for a bigger cup. The single cup is very small and they fill it to the max, which is great, but it also means when it starts to melt the ice cream starts spilling out the sides and there is no stopping it. I'm a grown adult with many years of experience eating ice cream and I looked like a toddler with ice cream running down my hand and arm. Ask for a single scoop in a 2 scoop cup.“

Stopped in for ice cream as that's what we wanted after our dinner before the Super Bowl. We had been at one of these over on the Siesta Key side of the bridge and knew it would be at least as good - and it was.
A nice varied choice for ice cream, the server was friendly and patient with us, and she did a great job serving up nice, big scoops. The ice cream itself was creamy, sweet, and if I could have gone back for more, I would have. This little franchise has got it going well...“

Yes, there was a long line when we arrived, but the staff moved quickly and efficiently — it never felt like we were waiting too long, which was impressive given how busy it was.
My kids absolutely loved the ice cream. Every flavor they tried was a hit, and you could tell the quality was there. The shop itself was really cute and well-decorated, which added to the overall experience.
The only downside was that it did get a bit overstimulating inside due to how busy it was — the sound tends to bounce around the space — and seating was somewhat limited. But to be fair, it was peak busy time, so that’s understandable.
Pricing felt fair for what you’re getting. I purchased five ice creams for around $50, which felt reasonable given the quality and portion sizes.
The only thing I wish is that I could have enjoyed it myself — everything smelled amazing — but I don’t eat sugar, so I had to sit this one out.
Overall, a fun spot with great ice cream and efficient service. We’d definitely come back for the kids!“

“Delicious ice cream it reminded me of when I was a kid. My friend and I will be coming back to get ice cream here again once all the construction to the mall is done. The young woman with glasses I think was in charge reminded me that I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She was friendly and very helpful. Her and another young woman were able to direct us to the store we were searching for.“
“I had a fantastic experience at Häagen-Dazs! The banana split sundae was absolutely delicious— tasty ice cream, fresh bananas and strawberries as well as generous toppings. What really made the visit special, though were the staff. Marisa and Maya were so lovely, welcoming and attentive. Great service and great dessert—I’ll definitely be back!“

“Stopped in on Taco Tuesday. I was on my own so I ate at the brightly lit bar inside. Service was quick and friendly. The bar area is very clean. The three beef tacos had generous mildly-spiced filling, soft toasted corn tortillas, lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese and come with taco sauce and sour cream. Hot sauce on request. The food was hot and the draft beer was cold. My meal with a draft cost $16. And change (not including tip).“

“The works are always grinding to push out the cookies of the week for customers. Today I experienced an issue with the third party delivery driver in which my order was ready and not picked up in over 30 minutes. I called the store to see if everything was okay and they offered to call the delivery service for me. After that my new driver successfully delivered my cookies and it came with a special note! Thank you to whom ever I spoke with on the phone and the rest of the crew💕“

My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack after dinner, and I’m really glad we did. She went with a half dozen cinnamon donuts and I grabbed a half dozen strawberry cheesecake… and let me tell you, these things are straight crack. WOW.
Fresh, warm, and absolutely loaded with flavor. You think you’re just grabbing a quick treat, and next thing you know you’re planning your next visit before you even leave.
Cannot recommend these bad boys enough. If you’re in Siesta Key, this is a must stop.“

“Nick and his team did an amazing job delivering a gift of 100 cookies to Sarasota Memorial Hospital trauma unit today. It was an important delivery because it is the anniversary of my dad's passing and it was a gift to the unit that cared for my dad in his last hours. Nick went above and beyond to ensure the specific unit received the cookies and it was no small feat. He was incredibly helpful, following up with both me and the hospital about the location of the cookies. I would use them any time I have an important gift to send.“
