About Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl has fun cookie flavors, but the experience can be a gamble. Service is good, and the workers are always grinding to push out the cookies of the week. Some cookies are excellent, like the brownie batter and the snickerdoodle cookie. However, the cookies and cream cookie had no flavor and too much cream cheese. Some cookies have been not the freshest, and a few were too sweet, with frosting that tasted buttery in a bad way—the cookie dough one made one person think of buttery movie theater popcorn. Kris’ yellow cake and Kim’s snickerdoodle cookie were favorites. The store is kid-friendly, and the cookie taste is enjoyed by all ages. One issue involved a third party delivery driver, but the store called the delivery service, and the cookies were delivered with a special note. The customer service is the best, with one worker recognized for providing it. More collabs and a new Crumbl location in the Venice area are wanted.
