First impression was why isn't anyone greeting people when coming in to the store? Not one person ever said hello to me,& I was the only person in there besides the workers. Very impersonal. For the money you're spending, customer service needs to be way batter. Cookies were good, but expensive.

these are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had All of the employees that I met were very kind And it was a very clean workspace If you download the app, it gives you Points and eventually you can earn cash to get free cookies or accessories I very much recommend getting the app I’ve gotten two free cookies and a cookie cutter You also can get birthday rewards And it is very easy to get Extra crumb points

Ordered 2 hours ahead online for pickup. (3 st patrick’s day lucky charm cookies + mint chocolate chip cookie) went to go pick it up they said they were out of the exclusive st patrick’s day lucky charm cookies…. when i ordered ahead they didn’t save the cookies for my order.
I had a raspberry cookie on my birthday. It was stacked, sort of like a Linzer cookie and it was delicious! I usually bake my own, but this was a nice treat for a change.
