“My husband works in Gulf Gate, just a few storefronts down from Clever Cup, and we have been getting coffee from here since they have opened. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience and the coffee and baked goods are always delicious! The baristas are amazing and although we probably shouldn't have favorites, I simply adore Veronika and Karissa. The two of them are always ready with a smile, a cheerful, 'Good Morning!' and even if I've had an icky start to my day, the two of them are always able to brighten my mood and I wind up walking out with delicious coffee and a smile. We love to shop local and this is one of the places we will ALWAYS support. Thanks, Clever Cup, we love you! 🥰“

“I Love this Place! I just discovered that it was here last week when someone told me about it. I went by on my lunch break and had a ham and cheese croissant and an iced coffee. It was delicious! I would normally go to Starbucks, but I must say the difference in the quality of food is night and day. This croissant was fresh. I liked it so much. I went by the next day as well and had a prosciutto tomato and cheese sandwich, with a Nutella iced coffee, and it was excellent! What a Gem of a place! I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a lite selection of quick service food and a a delicious French coffee! I will be back many more times!“

“What a wonderful restaurant. I have traveled extensively in France and found this hidden jewel in my backyard. The food is not only exceptional, but also true to French cuisine. “Captain Curt's Crab & Oyster Bar: Review Overview: During a visit to Siesta Beach, we made sure to stop at Captain Curt’s Crab & Oyster Bar. The establishment is notably spacious, featuring two large outdoor Tiki areas where guests can relax with a drink or enjoy a meal. One of the Tiki areas includes a stage for live music, enhancing the lively atmosphere. Surrounding the main restaurant is Captain Curt’s Village, which offers a gift shop and several other stores within easy walking distance. The restaurant itself is clean, well-organized, and provides a laid-back vibe that we thoroughly enjoyed. Parking: Parking can be a challenge, as spaces are limited. We were able to find free parking right beside the restaurant, but there are also lots nearby available for a small fee. Service and Drinks: Our waitress, Renee, provided excellent and friendly service. We ordered Pina Coladas, served in large Captain Curt’s keepsake cups. The drinks were enjoyable, but the alcohol tended to settle at the bottom, so it’s important to stir before drinking to avoid a strong first sip. Food Experience: We sampled the clam chowder, which is advertised as the “World’s Best Clam Chowder.” While it may not be the best in the world, we found it very tasty with plenty of clams. My Captain’s Platter consisted of boiled Tripletail Fish, Bay Scallops, Gulf Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, and mixed Vegetables, all of which were good. The Clam Basket, served with fries and Cole Slaw, was also very good. Additionally, the fish and chips were enjoyable. All food was served hot and in generous portions, leaving us both full when we finished. Overall Impression: We appreciated the quality of the food, the drinks, and the relaxed atmosphere. “Always polite, respectful, and just all out helpful staff. They always know how to make me smile. I 100% recommend this location. They are supper friendly, my order is ALWAYS correct. I have never had to correct anything or complain. They welcome my service dog and greet him every single time by name and give him a large pup cup. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing inside. I love to just go inside, get my coffee and read my book to decompress! If you want amazing service and a great place relax come this location and not the Dunkin Donuts across the street, I found that out the hard way“

“This is my home Starbucks so I always go to it. The employees have always been awesome and have always gone out of the way to make me feel special by doing things like remembering my name. Today I had an experience that reminded me just how special this Starbucks is. As I pulled out my wallet to pay, I unknowingly dropped a 20 dollar bill on the ground. I was lucky that the lady behind me noticed and she picked it up and handed it back to me. This was very kind of her and being a poor college student I can use every dollar I got. I didn't really know what to do repay her other than say thank you. The employee who was ringing up the lady gave Her free drink on the house. “Wonderful little coffee cafe! After church we stopped in for breakfast, coffee & oj by donation. Indoor tables plus lots of seating on the patio w tables. The awning is new since our last visit! (We're from out of state). Hope to be back soon!

“I like the vibration at Whole Foods. Everyone is polite, they seem to be happy working there and there’s a wonderful selection. I particularly like the produce department and the seafood although I will admit it’s a little pricey. But you can get good deals. I also like their Large prepared food section, and bakery. I feel privileged to have this store so close to me and to have this free parking right there in the Center of Sarasota. By using my Amazon prime card, I get further discounts when items are on sale. I shop there frequently.“
