Definitely a must to try. Limited hours so check before you go ! The staff is excellent. Nice and caring to the customers needs. The fresh daily baked muffins if they have any left our moist and tasty. Always ask for What the specials are before you decide they are creative Abd can be one of the best options on rye menu. I have made it a regular spot now
This was my first time at Carrousel. I am soon moving to Sarasota. It was great! It's the "Cheers" of diners. The staff and customers know each other by name and I felt welcomed. The food is just right. Perfect portions. Excellent prices. Will be a regular for sure.

We discovered this place by accident on our first trip to Sarasota 3 years ago when we dropped our daughter off at college. Since then, this has become our go to breakfast spot every morning while visiting our daughter. The staff are very friendly and we look forward to our breakfast there while vacationing. Looking forward to our next visit this week.
