“As an unabashed "coffee snob", I take my bean juice seriously and have roasted my own green coffee beans for the past 5 years-ish. Tragically, I failed to monitor my "green" back-stock, ran out and learned this morning that my order wouldn't arrive until next week ?. In a panic I searched local roasters, found this place, bought some Ethiopian whole bean (roasted 1 day earlier) and got my espresso fix by 7:30am. It was delicious. Validation for me after dumping Starbucks years ago that FRESH ROAST MATTERS. Thank you BGCR for being there when I needed the real deal.

“Absolutely the BEST ice cream around. As a family we drive an hour nearly every week to eat Jake's ice cream...YES, it's that good! Incredibly kind owner and staff as well, this place is a must visit if in the Sarasota area (and beyond!) Once you've tasted Jake's ice cream it's hard to ever eat anything else, he's raising the standards for homemade ice cream with every flavor - although we all have our favorites we've never tried one we didn't like!! (My personal favorite is Salty Turtle)“

I went there on a Friday morning, which was my first time there and I got myself a lemon mint tea which was non caffeinated and there sausage, cheese, and egg bagel that was good. The staff I talked to had a great personality and that the atmosphere of the place is definitely a great place if your looking to hangout or even study.“

“What an amazing cafe! Right from the beginning, you walk in and feel at home. The cafe is cozy but HUGE! The staff were so friendly, greeted me with a huge smile the moment I walked in. I’m originally from New York City and was craving a bacon, egg, and cheese. To my surprise their Breakfast Sandwich sounded very similar. I put in an order for the sandwich and a cold brew coffee. I was served the coffee first. To be extremely honest, I never, in my 25 years of drinking coffee, ever tasted something so delicious. Then the moment of truth. The sandwich came out. But.. not only the sandwich but a side of fresh fruit and sun chips!!! What in the what?! In New York City you’d be lucky if they remember to even put the egg on the sandwich. I was served my drink and food, at the cute little table in the back overlooking the golf course. By the way, the sandwich was beyond delicious. The everything bagel was fresh, the bacon was perfectly cooked and not oily, everything and I mean everything was perfect. Thank you so much Coffee Cafe. I will definitely be stopping in more often.“

“this new location is very nice, but the girl at the drive thru today (who was obviously in training) made an error when taking my order.... when I got to the window my order went from being $9.33 to $10.17! isn't it customary that when a Starbuck's employee fouls up that I shouldn't be charged the difference? my order jumped up in price due to the employees admitted mistake. no apology, just wanted the greater difference! service is always good for the most part despite today's small issue.“

“I primarily use the drive through because of mobility issues but the Baristas here are always friendly and serve you as quick as possible. During the pandemic and Hurricane Ian, with limited store hours, weaker morals and limited personnel, they still managed to deliver and maintain good attitudes with the customers, quick and professional service and great tasting products on the daily. “Well 4-5 months ago I was in there and had a horrible experience- was dirty, staff was rude, food not ready etc… i left a bad review and they called me to make it right. I have been out of town all summer and we stopped in this morning. Staff still doe not welcome customers but they seemed like better employees, more energy, not on drugs, and not loud rap music playing. It seemed cleaner and now where pick up is there was the pick up display! Thank you for listening to reviews to make your place better. Liking this dunkin better every time!“

They participate in local events, offer special deals just like the Lebanese spice packet and the accompanying recipe which was, by the way, delicious. “Today I ordered a tuna on everything bagel with lettuce and tomato, my wife ordered a chicken salad on everything bagel. So my tuna had no lettuce or tomato and there was about a teaspoon of tuna and on two bagel bottoms with no top. My wife’s plain chicken salad came with a normal amount of chicken salad but with lettuce and tomato and on all tops.“

“Disappointing experience. there were only 2 people in the restaurant besides my wife and me, we ordered and sat down, we wait for about 20min and nothing. Had to go and ask and it looked like they didn't even sent the ticket to the kitchen so basically they didn't start our food till that moment. We drove 25min for this. I hope they can improve their service.“

“Probably the first Dunkin I go to around Sarasota County that is clean and well decorated inside. It was so cute and cozy inside. Looked pretty clean as well. Liked the decoration they had up for Valentine’s Day. The staff did look a bit out of it but the place made up for it. Understand not everyone is happy all the time.“
