I can't stand how they close the lobby and don't update the app. What's the purpose to order ahead if I get there and have to be in the drive thru line? I would go elsewhere if I knew I would have to sit in the drive thru line while my sandwich gets cold and my ice melts in my coffee.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very nice customer service with staff who are excellent, kind, and fast. Some employees, like Honor and Sam, go above and beyond to help customers. The coffee and treats are good, and the store did a nice thing by offering free drinks to Amazon drivers. However, the drinks are on the expensive side. There are also some problems: the music is always loud, making it hard to have a conversation. Additionally, health codes are violated when dogs are allowed to sit in chairs and walk on tables where food is served. While the people are customer service oriented, the store needs to post a sign or notify employees about this issue.
