Service is always good but it’s 50/50 chance drinks are made well. I ordered a frappacino and it wasn’t blended right.
The coffee and service at this location are excellent. I’ve enjoyed quite a few flat whites prepared and served by smiling, conscientious folks. Today while in there, while waiting for our much anticipated treat, I had to listen to a supervisor more or less berate a manager in public. I find it highly inappropriate. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has friendly, sweet, and helpful staff who are good, attentive, and caring. The staff knows how to make customers smile, and if a drink is not perfect, they will make it right. However, the staff needs a lot of direction and training, as one order took over 20 minutes. The atmosphere is the best, with the smell of coffee being a highlight, though some find the Starbucks flavor not to their liking. The store is a tad small without a ton of seating, so the drive-thru is recommended. There are concerns about dogs inside the building where food is served.
