I ordered a venti iced moca. The straw bin was empty, and the barista brought my drink but didn't offer a straw, so I stood waiting to get her attention for 5 minutes. I finally got her attention, and she brought a bag of straws to fill the bin. Now all I needed was my sandwich, which was by the window. It must have been put there before I walked in. Often, I change my plan when I order online depending on the length of the line outside. If I arrive at the store and see 5 cars waiting, I will go inside even if I designated drive up when I ordered. Usually, at my store in Watertown CT, all the online orders are on the counter. If the order is complete, it will be shown in the pos system, and my phone will show a message from the app that the order is complete. There was no message that the order was placed or complete, which is why I stood there thinking my food had not been finished. Not sure what happened there, but something ain't right. Just saying.

Must be the slowest SB in the nation. More than 20 mins for a tall latte! Incredibly inefficient.

The manager at this Starbucks should be aware that your new hire ( she is heavy set with blonde hair) had an ridiculous response when I told her that she got my order wrong and I ordered oat milk, I am very allergic to dairy. She proceeded to become defensive and tell me that's not what I ordered, and I told her, " ma'am you just repeated " oatmilk", which was my order back to me " . She then paused realizing that she did say that and proceeds to tell me that she has 10 cars wrapped around the building ( I don't understand what that has to do with anything. All she needed to do was her job, instead she was probably distracted by talking too much with the co-worker that was ahead of me in line about her new years plans.)After her justification without apology for giving me the chai with dairy, she motioned for me to give her the drink that I already took a sip out of. I told her," oh that's ok, I'll give it to my son or husband so it doesn't go to waste." She continues to motion for me to give it back and says very rudely, " no I'll take that." I give it back to her and she dumps it. She re-made my drink with oat milk and asked me if I had an allergy to milk. Yes! I do! Was she not listening again??Please remind your employees to be considerate of people with allergies and it's ok to apologize if they make a mistake. I love this location, but not this experience with this particular employee.

The people working here are the nicest! They’re kind to each other and to all the customers. I can’t imagine why they don’t have 5 stars across the board!
The baristas were incredibly kind. The establishment wasn’t very busy at the time, so one of them showed us his tattoos and each of their story’s for why he got it. The other barista gave great recommendations and explained thoroughly what was in the drink. 10/10 would go

The boy taking our orders got it wrong three times. Third try we took the coffees and left. They were still wrong. Horrible service. This intentional. You guys need to learn to hire better workers. That's ridiculous.
Great job
