As a retired/injured firefighter I aggravated an old injury attempting to remove tree limbs from the sidewalk and bicycle lanes in front of my townhouse after Hurricane IAN. Again experiencing limited mobility, I trusted PERKINS and DoorDash for my meals. Great food, Great service! Thanks.
We had breakfast yesterday, Sunday the 31st and had the pleasure to have Sam again in fact same both! She is absolutely amazing and so very kind and efficient with anything she does. Food also great and can out quick. Please let Sam know she is so loved and appreciated she is a huge asset to Perkins

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers breakfast available anytime of day and year round turkey and dressing. The food is always consistently good, with coffee that is great and plentiful. French Toast is so fluffy and plenty of butter provided. Blueberry pancakes were large, 3 pcs and great sausage links and eggs alongside pancakes. Delicious, hot and more than generous portions. However, some experiences have been mixed. One visit involved a TV special for breakfast plates 5.99 and up that was refused, with a waitress very difficult to understand. Another time, strawberries were spoiled on salad but brought a replacement, and hash browns were overcooked and tasted burnt, though the waitress gave muffins to make up for poor quality food prep. There was also a report of food taking forever and a waitress forgetting condiments. The restaurant smells bad, like drain pipe problems, but the staff is excellent, very friendly, and make it right. Great service is also noted from other visits, with a waitress who was really great with service, on point with refills, and had a friendly, joking personality.
