A small, unique and hidden place directly on the beach. I randomly chose this place since I was traveling from Tampa and out to Fort Lauderdale. I wanted to absolutely eat on the beach, feet in the sand and enjoy a meal…

“Was their for the first time allways drive by on the way to the dog beach se it’s jam packed at lunch time glad I did finally stopped in with my dog Brady and my mom and dad not only are they dog friendly they provide your four legged friend doggie bacon the food is 5 star quality the best corn beef hash in Sarasota county I can tell it’s homemade the best grits and the raisin toast is good and they even have siracha sauce and Rihanna the server was awesome we will definitely come back and ask to be seated at one of Rihanna’s table I highly recommend the breakfast cottage and Rihanna as a server!!!”

“Little disappointed in our visit recently. Usually when you order a sub you would know there was meat on it. This time there was a stingy amount, but "for an extra charge" we could get some more. Really?”

“Pizza pizza pickup.
On one of our summer trips up to Nokomis beach this year we opted for a late evening pizza fix. Unfortunately, we had to pickup the order vs. delivery. Mama Leone’s had just changed names but not location so it was a bit confusing when we were looking for the pickup location. The food was fine and definitely satisfying but I cant really give it high marks. I can’t say much else about atmosphere etc. The service was good. They have a large pickup window as you approach the entrance. The staff was courteous and quick. We got what we wanted when we needed it.
In summary I give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating (average for what it’s supposed to be).”

“Literally the best hot n sour soup I've ever had in my life. Not very consistent. Pretty middle of the road 3 out of 5 times. But I'll take a 40% that it'll be the best I've had over someone else's. 5 stars”

“I just want to say I've been going there for 4 years and have had Jamie is my server she is amazing a mother with seven kids. And anybody who writes a bad review over a dollar and calls a waitress out about her fake eyelashes needs to change your name from Charlotte to Karen. Being so shallow in the rough times we all are going through and not understanding that prices are going up and things change and people have bad days needs to get a life if you're listening Charlotte shame on you you arrogant person I could have used a different word. Anybody who writes a review that hurts the feelings and the reputation of a business over something so minor should be ashamed of yourself. So go to Anita's have a good time and enjoy the amazing food and atmosphere not to mention the service”

“We stopped in Marco’s and ordered 10 large pizzas for delivery later early evening. The staff taking the order were fantastic and very helpful. The delivery was great and on time. The pizza was delicious and hot! We love Marcos Pizza in Nokomis.”
