We tried the Al pastor taco, the shrimp taco, asada tacos, a classic all American, and a quesadilla… all were absolutely fantastic! The salsa… SO GOOD 👏🏻 Even though we’re only here for a few days we will definitely find ourself coming back before heading back home! Ordered same at Culver's, minus cheese, add pickles add extra sauce. No charge for pickles and sauce, PLUS a $.30 CREDIT for no cheese.
Culver's 40% larger than McD, 40% more expensive, far superior product with a real piece of fish.“

“My DoorDash order was incorrect, so I stopped by the restaurant to have it fixed. The young men working at the counter immediately apologized and replaced my order without any hassle. Jacoby was especially kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was much different. She insisted that I was the reason my DoorDash order was incorrect, even though the salad I received wasn’t the one I had ordered in the first place. She continued to argue with me over which type of chicken I had selected, despite the fact that the entire order was wrong. At the end of the day, I simply wanted the correct salad.

Despite the situation, Jacoby went above and beyond. He made sure I had extra ketchup, the correct dressing, and even a fresh drink. He handled everything professionally while the store was busy and made what could have been a frustrating experience much better. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.“

“Bomb ass tacos is by far the best, most authentic Mexican food that my husband and I have found in Sarasota. The tacos are absolutely phenomenal, made fresh in front of you, and packed with meat and cheese. Honorable mention as well for their birria ramen. This spot is also connected to the full sit down Mexican restaurant behind it, where you can find a larger menu for non-express items, but also the same taco menu. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. We will continue to come back here because it is by far the best of 3 other spots we have tried.“

“Sometimes they can be quick, other times they take too long. I have ordered a few times and they don't put the mobile orders on the rack like other locations do and I have to go up and ask about my order. They tell me they didn't know if I wanted my food in a bag. I thought that was the point of mobile orders? To grab your food and go.“

The pizza was made perfectly with plenty of toppings, the crust was just right, and everything tasted great. “Picked up company at the airport and they were hungry. So, we went to the drive-thru at Culvers and got 4 butter burgers with the works, onion rings, French fries, iced teas and strawberry parfaits. The bill was over 50.00 so we also received a free pint of Culver's custard. Everything was great!“

But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.“

I don't know why I hadn't tried it before. Service was fantastic. Food was really good. Prices were the same as McDonald's but better quality food. I will be having culvers more often. I would recommend this location and Culvers for anyone wanting a quick bite to eat. 5 stars“

“Sofia and the Manager (who was visiting from the Ana Maria Island location) were absolutely terrific. Sophia recommended some healthy choices, and the manager refilled my iced tea three times. Then, as I was leaving, he retrieved a large cup and filled it up with half-and-half tea. Perfect!“

My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. “McDonald's isnt what it used to be when I was young, but this particular store has made me a fan again.
I will usually stop in everyother weekend through their drive through (my occasional guilty pleasure). A couple of weeks ago, as I was being handed my food through the pickup window, I'd asked the young man if he were the Manager (he was dressed for the part) and when he replied that he was, I gave him a very extended compliment on how impressed I've been, every time I came through. The food quality was much better than others in town. I specifically mentioned this to him, and explained that there was another location one mile from my house, and I will always go two miles out of my way to this one.

The difference is obvious. This Manager is not only good at his job, but he is obviously doing his job very well. From the final package (the food) back to entering the drive thru, to the crew members, with politness and even being attentive.
Sorry that I dont remember the mangers name, but if he is reading this, he'll remember this breif conversation we had 😉“

The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. At first I had issues with the lack of parking but now there is plenty of spaces available on the south side of the building by the Chinese restaurant. Definitely my go to lunch spot. 11/10“

“A typical Subway this location is kind of hidden away from Clark Road. However, in all the times I have gone the inside has always been clean, and the staff welcoming.

The subs I have gotten here have never been short of ingredients and the staff fill the subs nicely.“
