“I used my app to order. It stated a 5-12 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes to go get my food, when I got there I waited another 20 minutes for my order to be completed. They were very busy as usual, however, I felt like the online orders were not being given priority. Especially with the estimated completion time posted after my order.
