“Fast and efficient drive thru!“

“Food is always great. Service, well each time I go it is a long Wait, but this time was too long. I went into the restaurant about 5:15 PM on a Tuesday, no one was in the restaurant except for Six employees. I ordered two large chicken salad and there were no containers in the display case so they had to make them. They took my order and had me pay and then three girls proceeded to have a conversation behind the counter and no one was in the kitchen. Then all of a sudden two guys and a woman show up in the kitchen, but did more talking than service. It took me well over 20 minutes for them to just put some chicken salad in a container and hand it to me. Each time I’ve been there it’s been very slow service. I’m all for enjoying when you work where you work, however, your customers should truly come first. I hope the service improves, the food is great.“

“Was on road today and craving some fried chicken, found this place online with good reviews so stopped. It’s a small place so keep an eye out or you’ll miss it but oh it’s well worth it. This isn’t KFC, Popeyes or any other fast food chicken shop this is delicious like GMA made fried chicken! Staff was amazing and kind as well as everyone that came in after me…smiling happy and friendly. Like home. Stop by and try them out.“

“Stopped by the North Lakeland Chick-fil-A after visiting the mall since the one inside is always packed. I decided to dine in and the morning shift was amazing. Everyone was super kind and checked on me a few times to see if I needed anything. My food was fresh, hot, and came out quick. I’ll be honest, I used to avoid this location because of a bad experience a few weeks ago with someone whose name started with an El----, I never even got her name because all I could see was her demanding things and raising her voice at her peers. I know how stressful fastfood is but if this is someones reaction to a busy day I truly feel bad for those around her and she needs to find some where else to work...anyways. I felt kind of ignored back then and started going to the Chipotle nearby instead. But today completely changed my mind. The morning crew really turned things around and reminded me why I love Chick-fil-A. Great job to whoever worked this morning!“

“Always great, to bad The Karen's and Chad's nitpick and act entitled, these people work hard you have no idea what it's like to wait on pettiness because of a minor issue, you do realize you're calling corporate because of a missing chicken? How about you call the place be nice and understand mistakes happen. Instead of complaining and ruining someone's day or career sounds like something someone dose when they call Publix. It isn't that deep chill and enjoy and be grateful that you can eat out. THIS restaurant is hands down amazing 👏 keep up the hard work and ignore the entitlement of some.“

“Besides the food being fresh and delishes . I had somehow drop my wallet on the seat of the restaurant. The person that found my wallet works at KFC! We thank God for honest people ..

My friend and I came in within the hustle of bustle, no phones on hand, and immediately he picked up the tablet and checked on us without complaint, steady sharing smiles. I gave a shout out to him, and ten minutes later I heard it echoed four times over! Proof is in the pudding“
