“This was my first time to Lutz FL, Rasing Canes and all I can say is WOW!!! Chicken is crispy and juicy. Fries on point. And there is pure happiness in cane sauce 🙌. I'm also a cold slaw girl and this is were I normally find a problem is the slaw never measures up at a fast food place. BUT I WAS SO HAPPY slaw was awesome. Texas toast was soft and so good. Definitely beating the competition on a chicken joint. You've got a new fan in me.“

We will update if we see it again. The food is always good and the orders are correct from what I recall. *Important to note that this location offers drive-thru, mobile pick up, window pickup and OUTDOOR dining area only. We don't mind it at all. If we must have indoor dining we go elsewhere or get takeout if we are able to head directly home. NBD“

“Ordered from Riverside last night through Uber Eats. Food arrived quickly and it was hot and fresh. We ordered fish and fries, shrimp and wings, fish and shrimp. Everything was delicious! So glad we tried this place. We'll definitely be ordering again!“

He expertly managed a rush this evening while juggling the to go window, cash register, and food orders, all while remaining gracious, professional, and friendly. “I can’t even put into words what an awesome experience we had here! This restaurant has been in my neighborhood for awhile now and I never got around to giving it a try. Well last night my cousin planned a surprise party here for her boyfriend, and WOW, I can’t believe it took me so long for me to visit this place. Where do I begin? Service was TOP notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The first girl who sat us in the room was kind enough to turn the a/c up because it was freezing. She also brought menus and checked up on us often while our group started rolling in. Then our server (a blonde young woman with a hat and ponytail) was also so fun and friendly the entire night! She’d be singing along with us while bringing in food and taking our orders. 🎶 it was really such a great experience with service. Then the atmosphere, that room we rented is awesome!!! I’m not sure how they are able to contain all of the noise and craziness from the outside but somehow they do. & we all had a blast! The multiple screens, the art, the seating and tables, it’s perfect 🤩 Lastly, the food. I’ve been to a lot of wing places but I think these are by far the best wings I have ever had. They are juicy, flavorful and pretty large. The dumplings, kimchi…perfection 🙌🏽👏🏽 If you have been contemplating coming here, please do! You will not regret it. Also, if you need a fun place to have a party with friends, this is it!!!“

“The wife and I were here 2 months ago and the food was excellent. The return trip was as good as the first time. Consistency is the mark of a good eatery. I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. Take the time to check this place out, it is a winner.“

“There was a young lady closing a couple days ago (curly hair) who was so incredible! She welcomed us and informed us on the menu and was overall very attentive about the customers. “I recently picked up a curbside lunch order for my family, and when I got home, I realized that two of the sandwiches had been made incorrectly. I was honestly caught off guard because, in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, I can’t remember ever having an issue like this. Chick-fil-A has always been top-notch when it comes to both food quality and customer service. I called the restaurant, and I immediately spoke with a manager named Keandra From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to take ownership of the situation and offered to personally bring the entire meal to me so that everything could be made right. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds when they do and Keandra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Keandra thank you so much for being such a pleasure to speak with and for being an excellent problem solver. Your kindness and willingness to make things right truly stood out to me.

“I had a great experience at Tropicoco! The coconut water was super fresh and refreshing, and you can really taste the quality. The croquetas were delicious—crispy on the outside and full of flavor inside.

I also tried their natural juices and they were amazing, super fresh and not overly sweet. Everything felt made with care and tasted very authentic.

“I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working behind the counter at Perry’s BBQ, but this mall food court joint just destroyed every strip mall Chinese spot I’ve ever been to. Their orange chicken? Unreal. Crispy doesn’t even begin to describe it—it’s audibly crunchy, with that perfect golden coating that somehow stays crisp even under a sticky, sweet-tangy glaze.

But here’s the kicker: portions. These folks don’t mess around. You order a combo, and they fill that Styrofoam container to the brim. It’s basically a protein mountain—whether it’s orange, bourbon, or Mongolian chicken (all excellent, by the way), you’re walking away with a meal and a half. Maybe three tbh.

Even the fried rice is dialed in. None of that bland, dry filler nonsense. It’s savory, loaded with flavor, and honestly could stand on its own. But paired with any of their proteins? Game over.

I came for something quick. I left thinking about when I’m coming back. Perry’s BBQ isn’t just good for a mall. It’s just flat-out amazing.“

The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.“

“This Chick-fil-A is located in the mall so the atmosphere is what you would expect there: somewhat noisy with a small child's free play area nearby and basic map tables and chairs. There are shorter tables and chairs, child size, near the okay area.

The service is highly organized, helpful and friendly with an average wait time. And, of course, their food had the excellent standard most Chick-fil-A food has.“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! Not only is the entire staff friendly, attentive, and amazing, but they also feel like my second family. Everyone provides exceptional customer service. This location is clean, quick, reliable, and my orders are always prepared perfectly and with care.

I’m a regular, so everyone knows me by name as soon as I pull up. They take such great care of me and my girls. I have to give a special shout-out to our favorite Chick-fil-A employee, Mikayla! She is phenomenal, and my girls and I look forward to seeing her every visit. She always greets us with a big smile, fantastic energy, and genuine enthusiasm.

“The first thing you noticed is the separate doors, no congestion . The order line is in the middle, while the tables are on both side. Nice atmosphere clean , workers are professional and attentive . There's a normal drive thru , with a Mobile lane, I like the stress free parking from the drive thru.
In all a wonderful place to have a good meal.“

“This location is ridiculous, the past 3 times they give you sauce in the tiniest container and refuse to give you more to finish your meal. At this point, there is no reason to keep going to the franchises, not sure what their employees issues are with sauce. There is also no one ever in there when we go, so obviously there is an issue with this location.“
