I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm.
