“The wife and I hit the drive-thru for a quick on-the-go meal and the food was great. This was my first time ordering the 3 small chicken sandwiches (don't know the name) with fires and was surprisingly a lot of food. Window service was friendly and relatively quick. My wife ordered the chicken Philly and she placed it in the top 5 she's had in the area.“
“After seeing all the reviews I am starting to think some of the staff there is sabotaging this location it's sad really if I was a manager there I would have cameras recording & fire who ever isn't working properly like really on another note I been here before the food was great going soon I love the ropa vieja with the yuca fries ??“
“There is nothing really special about this restaurant. It is pretty similar to other fast food chicken spots. The only difference being that you are able to select the heat level of the chicken tenders.Overall, I would say it is good to try it but I would not go out of my way to go back.Vegetarian options: There's not really any vegetarian options unless you are planning to just order some sides. All menu items include chicken.“
“The manager Jacob always with a great attitude and welcoming, definitely always makes my lunch breaks a lot better not only with his kindness but also the great quality control of the fresh tenders 10/10. And shoutout to the sweet tea at this place“
“Need to allow customers to tip. That l Will keep good consistent employees just like they have now !! Excellent food . Very supportive customers that would love to support back. Add tip button so Pdq workers get their max value for (running around and serving food) Tell corporate! Visited and had some amazing tenders .“
“The service was super excellent, the people were very friendly, the place was super clean and cozy, the Christian music in the background made you feel super relaxing, and the food was spectacular, the chicken was super delicious and the mofongo was super soft, first time I visited, I would visit again and 100% recommended. .“
“PDQ Chicken has a special place in my heart as the first fried chicken fast food I had after I moved to Tampa. It never disappoints, and I consider it comfort food at this point. As usual, the fried chicken was delicious, and I really enjoy the slice of toasted garlic bread they're serving with the tenders now. Service was friendly and courteous, as usual from PDQ, and I will gladly visit them instead of Chick-fil-A.Unfortunately, PDQ has removed some of my favorite items from the menu, I suppose in a bid to streamline operations since the COVID-19 incident. So long Pimento Crunch, so long Tater Tots. Still, great chicken and great service.“
“Food was Delicious!!! Customer service was awful. The young man Joey greeted me and my family by rushing us, rolling his eyes and shaking his head after we told him we were new and we were going to take a moment to view the menu. I had to tell him to not give me a attitude cause i never did nothing to him and I didn’t make him go to work. After that he changed his attitude.“
“The back room is like a mini club with good music blasting had me in a mini rave! Yall should embrace it! Tint up the windows and put some laser lights and stuff!Parking: 3 standard parking spots right next to the doors.Kid-friendliness: Fun music to jam too.“
“I am a chicken, nugget connoisseur, and this place killed it! Everyone working in the drive-through, was extremely attentive, and took the time to ask me about my day! The overall at the restaurant isn't anything crazy but overall it gets the job done.“
“I order from this location almost everyday of the week. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. My order is always fresh and ready for me when I arrive (I order online due to a limited lunch time) and I spend maybe 60 seconds in the building before walking out with my food in hand and a smile on my face.Thank you the staff who accommodate me on a retailer basisParking: Parking can be somewhat difficult at times but it speaks volumes to the popularity of the establishment.“
“The food was out super quick and our server was polite. The egg salad was like a 7/10, not mind blowing but still pretty good. Scoop of salad comes with a pickle spear, individually packed crackers, and a sugar frosted cookie. I ordered a side of fresh fruit, which I enjoyed. BUT the grapes were kinda squishy (which is expected in restaurants 9/10 times, I've never been somewhere where the grapes are crisp and crunchy ). Sitting area was spacious and they played some country pop music. There were some crumbs on the booth seats and tables in some areas, and i can only assume they simply hadn't had the time to clean those seats up yet. overall pretty fine establishment, if you like chicken you'll probably enjoy the food way more than I did (I don't eat meat lol).“
