He expertly managed a rush this evening while juggling the to go window, cash register, and food orders, all while remaining gracious, professional, and friendly. He served everyone with a smile and made sure to engage with each customer. His customer service really stood out, and he deserves recognition for handling such a busy evening so well!“

“Hello my name is Rebecca And I took me and my two girls to David hot chicken and I tell you guys it was so good and also I was on my way to take my daughter to the restroom and the restroom needed to be tighten up here's the good part I meant the employee by the name of Jesus and as Jesus was coming out the restroom he told me to hold up and let him tighten up the restroom for my girls he did a quick cleaning and apologize for the inconvenience and told me that the restrooms really don't look like that they were just busy and one of the ladies at the front couldn't get to it at that time and again he'll apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if there were anything else I needed to let him or one of the managers know what a great guy thank you Jesus for all you done to make my experience all love“

“This was my second experience at a saucy. This time was a different location and the experience was very pleasant. However, the food needed improvement. I pulled up in the Drive-Thru and half of the screen was not working. Then I heard a young lady come through the speaker and ask me to proceed to the second window. When I pulled up to the window she offered me a menu which was so grateful because I couldn't remember what I wanted. I started asking her questions about things that I ordered prior and she knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to help me place my order. Whoever was working today 6:30 p.m. in the drive-thru she was wonderful. I unfortunately don't remember her name. I got a chiquito combo and a tender on top macaroni combo. My chiquito wrap was not made very well so it was very soggy when I tried to eat it. I added rice to it and it was on there. However, I asked for buffalo sauce and it was drowned in it which is why it was very soggy. The chicken tender on top of the mac and cheese combo. I asked for no sauce and there was sauce on it. I wasn't a fan of the sauce. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn't come back to saucy. However, the customer service is unmatched.“

“The wife and I were here 2 months ago and the food was excellent. The return trip was as good as the first time. Consistency is the mark of a good eatery. I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. Take the time to check this place out, it is a winner.“

I have been trying other big brand chains, and have not been satisfied.

The traditional chicken was perfectly cooked, great flavor and it was not greasy.

The place was very clean, the ladies that tended to us were very friendly.

“Tried this place out a few months ago and forgot to put my review. This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Placed and online order for pickup. Greeted by the manager as soon as I walked in. Extremely nice guy. Decided to order a specialty drink while I waited and it was really good just a bit pricey. The food is really affordable and I enjoyed everything. The macaroni and cheese is very close to KFC's so nothing special but tasty enough. The tenders were very good and everything was made fresh. “I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and honestly, I was surprised by how good it was. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice Cajun-style seasoning that gives it a little extra flavor compared to regular fried chicken.

The sides were also really good — especially the biscuits, which were soft and slightly sweet, and the fries were fresh and well-seasoned. The portions are generous for the price, so it’s definitely a good value.

It’s not a fancy place since it’s usually inside gas stations or small stores, but the food quality makes up for it. Service was quick, and everything tasted fresh.

“I recently picked up a curbside lunch order for my family, and when I got home, I realized that two of the sandwiches had been made incorrectly. I was honestly caught off guard because, in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, I can’t remember ever having an issue like this. Chick-fil-A has always been top-notch when it comes to both food quality and customer service. I called the restaurant, and I immediately spoke with a manager named Keandra From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to take ownership of the situation and offered to personally bring the entire meal to me so that everything could be made right. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds when they do and Keandra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. “This Chick-fil-A is located in the mall so the atmosphere is what you would expect there: somewhat noisy with a small child's free play area nearby and basic map tables and chairs. There are shorter tables and chairs, child size, near the okay area.
