Visited Cortez Blvd, FL location today and met Payton at the window! She was very friendly and attentive.. She made sure to assure that we were pleased with our visit and that our food was fresh and enjoyable! Thank you , Payton! You Rock! Dinner was amazing!
We go frequently and our last salad was just under $12 and it was more like a side salad. We have had better before!
Today I experienced PDQ for the first time in Trinity Florida and I have to say that my wife and I were extremely impressed! We had the maple bacon chicken sandwich, fries and cookies. They exceeded our expectations! Service was quick and friendly. Chick-fil-A has nothing on you, I will take your products over their products any day. I highly recommend and offer you a perfect score of "10" you will have a repeat customer.

Based on the reviews, PDQ is a restaurant that used to be a favorite place for its great sauces, yummy milkshakes, and chicken. However, many reviews note that the quality has slipped since a YUM brands acquisition. The chicken tenders are still good, but the sauces seem to taste different. The food now comes with stale bread and waffle fries that are hard but not in a crunchy way. Some locations have been replaced with another company. The chicken is sometimes cooked perfectly with a great texture, but the sauce can be poured in little blotches. The spicy chicken and waffle fries with signature sauce are enjoyable. The BOGO tenders deal offers a great experience with a clean location and kind staff. However, the new potatoes cannot be added to a meal without paying extra and substituting, and getting a cookie with a meal is the same price as buying it separately.
