“Tried the Happy Burger for the first time today,came across it randomly while looking for Burgers near me on Google and saw this place,MAN AM I GLAD THIS PLACE POPPED UP!!!!! Called in my order which was a Double Cheese burger and onion rings,Walked into this small cozy place and instantly was impressed by the atmosphere and cleanliness,the nice lady handed me my bag and i was on my way to paradise,Hands Down!!!!! Ranks up there as the best burger in Tampa,Bun was awesome and held up through the entire journey, just plain delicious!!! The onion rings were spectacular with a wonderful crunch and a tender onion you could bite right through with out it sliding out,can't wait to spread the word at work.

I think this growing franchise will thrive in this thriving part of Tampa. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Parking is already a premium with the Shake Shack sandwiched in between two new hotels.“

I have come to the conclusion that the "key" component to the operation is now missing. Every customer that goes to this location knows that "Stephanie", was the person that made this restaurant flow so smoothly. Why management would terminate such a valued asset was a stupid move on their part. It is evident the business now needs two or more employees to take her place and perform her duties. Smiles are missing here in the morning. Her replacements come up short in every key element of running the operation. The owner has made a huge mistake letting this lady go. No matter your menu selection, the food is always good and on par. When they make a mistake, they rectified immediately and always try to give the customer some gratuity to make them come back. Good old customer service at its best.

We couldn't believe how yummy the vegan corn dogs were. Better than any corn dogs I've eaten before.
This place will DEFINITELY be in our treat-night take-out rotation from now on.“

“Our family loves PDQ! We have been going here since they opened… they are always changing up and adding things to the menu, we were pleasantly surprised this past time when they added “Sauced” tenders. They were absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend.. not too messy either just really good tenders. They also changed to regular fries instead of the waffle fries and we all agreed.. we miss the waffle fries, hope they bring them back! Can’t wait to come back the staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is always good, if you haven’t tried them, definitely check them out!“

Dietary restrictions: My friend cannot have salt on fries, and indeed, there was no salt when requested. When does that ever happen?

Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, bring cane, walker, wheelchair, whatever, there is plenty access for it all.“

“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
