“I had a great experience at this Culver’s location! I placed a curbside order and accidentally forgot to remove the mayonnaise from my burger. I didn’t realize my mistake until I got home and opened my burger, so I called the store. A very kind employee named Remi looked up my order and confirmed that I hadn’t modified it, but she still went out of her way to fix my mistake!

I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, even though the mix-up was entirely my fault. Thanks to Remi, I ended up having a great dinner and an even better experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition!

“Hi guys, this is Jeffrey. I thought I’d write a review on The Tijuanas at Fowler Ave. I wanted to say that I have been attending Tijuana Flats since 2004 - Present. Also they were I believe just becoming popular. Let me tell you this….the place is off the chain with service and excellence in prices menu options, cleanliness music lights and so much fun. It’s like a Disney World almost lol. Great Food awesome service and really feels great indoors bc of the cool temp AC on a hot day esp. Highly recommend Wesley Chapel but First and Foremost the Fowler Avenue location because the staff and comfort of the welcoming and inviting atmosphere is unmatched and second to none. My fav place to go for any meal hands down. Thank you Lad’s and Ladies for making my Tijuanas Experience unlike any other Restaurant Experience ever. ❤️❤️👍👍🙌🙌“

“I recently picked up a curbside lunch order for my family, and when I got home, I realized that two of the sandwiches had been made incorrectly. I was honestly caught off guard because, in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, I can’t remember ever having an issue like this. Chick-fil-A has always been top-notch when it comes to both food quality and customer service. I called the restaurant, and I immediately spoke with a manager named Keandra From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to take ownership of the situation and offered to personally bring the entire meal to me so that everything could be made right. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds when they do and Keandra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. “First off I have to get out of the way this is the best PRE BAKED Amoroso cheesesteak I think I’ve had including in Philly. Also my favorite cheesesteaks are Angelo’s and cafe Carmella in Philly followed by John’s roast pork and Verona. Violets stones bread is stellar and I’m a fan boy of copper sharp however the steak on this sandwich is as stellar as the bread that carries the violet stones sub part steak: all that to say I couldn’t stop eating this the onions were perfectly grilled the mix of wiz and whatever American they use was magnificent and I ate the entire thing and felt great doing so. Some of the best and most tender steak I’ve had ever on a Philly inside or outside of Philly SO to Big Als in Jax who uses Prime Angus but if your in Tampa grab a Steak from here you won’t be disappointed“

“This place has been there for years. I grew up just around the corner on 59th Street and had never eaten there. I used to go there and buy a softdrink occasionally. Yesterday I was returning from my Uncle Woody's funeral and decided to drive through the old neighborhood (Six Mile Creek) to see how it has changed. We are longtime friends with the Brocato family of Brocato's Sandwich Shop and i suppose that's why I had never tried Carlos'. I bought two devil crabs and they were tasty. A good filling to breading ratio, good crispness (fried to perfection) and very pleasant staff. I suppose I need to try their cuban sandwiches next. I would definitely go back again.“

“The BEST churros in the area ever!!! I would give this lady a million stars if I could, she was very nice and quick with the service. Drove by many times and finally decided to give it a try and I was NOT disappointed! Hot and fresh churros every time, love it with Nutella dipping. The Cuban is to die for!!!! There is a combo that comes with a Cuban and 6 churros for 5.25 unbelievable!!! You can get stuffed churros, empanadas, and a few other savory options! Unbeatable prices and service, so delicious! I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. Take the time to check this place out, it is a winner.“

“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
