“Easily the most authentic and most delicious Dominican street food in Tampa. Ordered a regular Yaroa de pollo y papa they were spot on with it. Dominican hot dog was the closest thing I ever had to home although the ground beef on it was not the greatest. All the flavors are there. The service is amazing it was my first time there and as I walked up the gentleman came out the truck greeted me and asked if I had placed an order or needed help placing one , I skimmed through the menu but ultimately I knew what I came for. Food was fresh and hot in just about 15 minutes. Overall I would go again, my wife and I both loved it.“

the vegan burrito was a white tortilla crisped up with primarily tofu scramble, spinach, and some other little veggie goodies. it comes with some green sauce, possibly salsa verde or similar. such a quick, easy, delicious breakfast! i'm not sure if they have vegan cream cheese anymore. i didn't see it on their menu, so if it was discontinued...please bring it back!“

There’s always a bunch of food spots on tiktok that don’t deserve to be viral, Chichos on the other hand- it’s like finding a Diamond in the rough, a real treasure!! This place def needs to blow up. “We had the pleasure of dining today at Chez Leon. I had the Beef Bourguignon which came with mashers and butternut squash squares that were braised with real maple syrup. The beef was tender and juicy in a deliciously unctuous gravy that paired perfectly with the mashers. My other half had the Chicken Cordon Bleu which had a crispy outside and juicy center. I tried and it was brilliant. Even though, Chez Leon is a food truck with shaded outdoor seating, it's not cheap. But it is outstanding and a good value. We each took half home for dinner this evening. The couple running the show are delightful too. Enjoy!“

They’re so patient to answer any questions and even gave me a heads up that certain items are better eaten on site than to-go. You can taste that the ribs are properly prepared with the right amount of trimming done to preserve the flavor without being greasy. meat was tender smoky and pulled from the bone easily.
