“I was on the way to work one day and I found that the people running the cart were very nice and their food tasted great. New York-style hot dogs rule, and with a bag of Cheetos and a Dr. Pepper it was a filling meal fit for a king. They have good combo deals as well, and I was easily able to afford a quick meal here at Cathy's Cart. Personally, I implore you to try it; I am sure that you will be pleased!“
“Food was great. I enjoyed the spinach artichoke empanada and the yuca fries with Greek yogurt sauce. Boyfriend enjoyed the beef empanada and Alcapurria. Would definitely order from here again. Service took a bit long but the line for the food truck was also super long but felt well worth the wait. Ambiance is good truck ambiance lol.“
“Love this place…so incredibly lucky that this truck is walking distance from home. Amazing tacos- the best in st pete probably. And 3 super fills me up for lunch…at only 3 bucks a piece they have the best deal going to. Freshest ingredients. Homemade tortilla. Just perfection. Al Pastor tacos is the move- thank me later. The rest of the small menu is great too. I usually pass on rice and beans at Mexican restaurants, but here I find myself ordering it in addition to my tacos sometimes. Exceptional. “Had to get the cheesesteak twice. Heard all about it and that it was the best around. First time, it was very good but bread was a bit burnt. I tasted past it though and had to come back again to get it fully good to go. When I finally had it with the bread on point, oh my goodness! It was phenomenal!! Can't say there is a cheesesteak like it around, really something that you need to go experience for yourself. Looking forward to trying their pizza next. “It was in a pinch, I was trying to pick up Auto parts and then go to two or three other destinations and I know I wouldn't have time to sit down and have a full meal, when I walked out the auto parts store there it was, they were very courteous and polite and I enjoyed the food. “One of my favorite breweries on St Pete Beach! They have an amazing selection of beers and always seem to have something new. The Made coffee stout is hands down my favorite.Their food truck out front kicks out some great food. “I had been looking for great Cajun seafood. Visited this place and have gotten addicted to the crawfish dinner. O my the rice was amazing delicious and roux was speechless. I don’t even like to frequent food trucks but this place is special and I drive across town in Tampa traffic when I can to get good dinner. “I recently had the pleasure of dining at South Tampa Sandwich Shop, and it's now my go-to spot for the best pan con bistecs and Cuban coffee in town. The flavors were authentic and truly captured the essence of Cuban cuisine. The pan con bistec was perfectly seasoned, and the Cuban coffee had that rich, bold taste that I crave.One tip for fellow visitors: be mindful that it can get quite busy during lunchtime, so plan accordingly. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff managed to keep the service prompt and friendly.“
