“Family-owned and operated, which is ALWAYS a bonus, because you know they care about the food they make. A couple unique options for vegetarians as well, which we really appreciate. Salsa for chips felt very fresh, and I even think the corn tortillas are homemade, too, not sure, but they were good.“

“This is the absolute best Mexican food in the area! The service is exceptional, food is hot and fresh and they have the best raspberry margaritas around by far!!! If you happen to get lucky and grab a seat by the bar you will not regret it. The bartender, Carissa has a great personality, knows her stuff and has great recommendations. The brisket is delicious and the shredded chicken chimichanga with the house queso is to die to! I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends and to you as well.“

“visited Torchy's St Pete today, loved it and looking forward to the next visit. We sat at the bar and Will & Tom took great care of us. we have, queso, guacamole and salsa to start. Chips were fresh and tasty as were all three dips. Torchy's has a good variety of Tacos that are flavorful and different from other restaurants. I highly recommend it.“

“We had an amazing dinner here tonight, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Geraldine! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.
She checked on us regularly without ever feeling intrusive, kept our drinks full, and gave us fantastic recommendations from the menu. The food, especially the birria tacos and green salsa were delicious

I gave you 5 stars for food and 5 stars for service. No I didn’t follow suit on atmosphere, but you’re right- 2-Stars overall was not reflective of food/service- sorry. I don’t come for your pure margaritas or the $1.75 beer, but I’m sure the 39+hrs of happy hour makes many happy. I do spend ample $ on food/booze though. I did changed the overall star rating. I must be the only one that doesn’t like to hear myself chew. It was SO quiet in the restaurant …. ? Still love your food and bartenders…

Love your food, ❤ your bartenders but why do away with the atmospheric piece? No live music and little to nothing over the interior sound system. I could hear myself chew! Slippery slope.“

“Closest I can get to Mexican food from back home (west coast). Amazing food, always made right there and they’re quick! You go in and order go to the coolers and grab a drink if you didn’t get horchata or jamica etc.. you pay after you finish eating at the counter. Prices are good. The owner is normal in there helping too, which is alway awesome.“

“The best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had, I’m here on vacation from Texas decided to stop in and try the Birria Tacos, the absolute best ever! Big portion of food and for an amazing price! Salsa is amazing, rice delicious, all of it is great! If you are in the area I’d stop in and try it!“
