Based on the reviews, Red Mesa is a restaurant known for delicious food, great drinks, and a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. The food variety, quality, and consistency are always superb. Specific menu highlights include the veggie burrito, which was amazing, fresh, and tasty, and the Skirt steak, which was tender and well tasty. The Shrimps al Ajillo was very good, and the Mofongo, a PR favorite with aji sauce, was a standout. The Dip Trio with guacamole, white queso, and pico was excellent, with the guacamole being the best ever. The filet mignon skewers with chipotle cream sauce were tender and flavorful, and the brisket Del Rey burrito was excellent. The sangria was great and dangerously easy to sip. The service is consistently fantastic, with staff described as really nice, friendly, and professional.
