Twelve of us had lunch here. The food was very good. People loved the chicken quesadillas and the tacos. We had great service from our waiter Jacob.

For quite some time, I have been anticipating being able to enjoy lunch at this restaurant. They elected to sit at the bar given that my time was limited for my lunch. I was quickly greeted by the bartender who provided a menu and took my drink order. The fixed price lunch menu, a recognize quickly that it was very limited. I chose to have the chicken enchiladas served with black beans and rice. I really enjoyed the enchiladas, I found the black beans and associated rice to be very small portions and overall liking and taste. This is strictly my observation regarding the taste of the rice and beans for the entire meal was excellent. The price for the meal was $18 plus tax and tip.

The food is not good. It tastes very bland and very expensive for what you get.I've had better for at taco bell.

We came in early as they were just opening. Despite hitting them hard with a big group of 12 they were nothing but accommodating. It was a long weekend and this was the perfect place to end it. Abigale was super attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. She even overheard it was my birthday and made a little cake appear at the end. Cool atmosphere and great staff.

I was visiting from out of state for a festival in St. Pete and looking for some good Mexican food, Red Mesa delivered! We had the Favorito and Brisket Enchiladas along with some Sangria, all of which were excellent. Our server Kristine was very friendly and provided great service. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area!Parking: Parking should not be an issue here.. plenty of spots.

Ate there for lunch today and had an amazing experience. My waitress was very pleasant and when I had a peculiar allergy request for the item I was ordering, the manager came over and confirmed and made sure the kitchen complied. Often times restaurants make you feel like you’re really putting them out when you make certain off menu requests, but the manager, waitress, and presumably the kitchen staff were very accommodating and made me feel at ease like it was no big deal. I really appreciated their flexibility and customer service mindset. And to top it off, my meal was excellent! I’d recommend stopping in for a meal sometime! :)

The penquito cake was watery and tasteless. the steak chille relleno was filled with pepper seeds and inedible. this is the worst meal I've had in years, and I'm very disappointed. Red Mesa used to be so good. it was delivered, some was left without a good meal and without $50 bucks. yuck.

My in laws are big fans of Red Mesa, so it's only natural that I'd eventually make it over there. We went for brunch. You can order off the brunch or regular menu during brunch hours. They have a separate kids menu, but you have to ask for it. The kids menu has standard kid menu stuff (eggs and bacon, mac and cheese, chicken tenders) and then Tex-Mex lite (cheese quesadilla, cheese enchilada). It's very reasonably priced. We started with the dip trio. I thought the guac and pico de gallo tasted very fresh, and my in laws and husband loved the queso. For my meal, I had the breakfast enchiladas. I thought they were delicious. My kids had generic kid food, and they cleaned their plates. My husband had the crispy tacos with brisket. He does not like pico de gallo, but without it, he found the tacos bland, so he asked for extra sour cream and guacamole (upcharge), which did help. To end the meal, we had the churros, which I thought were piped a bit to wide, so the middles were borderline raw and very bland. Service was very nice, and we were comfortable at our table. There was plenty of parking in the private lot, but I thought the bathrooms could have used an extra stall each given the restaurant capacity.

Our party of four sat outside in Lori’s section and it was refreshing to have an attentive waitress. We each ordered a cocktail, shared the queso w/ chorizo which was delicious, though wish it was served w/ tortilla chips for crunch…next time. I ordered the chicken quesadilla that was supposed to have peppers and onions, they were non existent and had huge chunks of chicken w/ gooey cheese. I asked for extra honey chipotle sauce on side, you should too, trust me. The blue corn pancakes were light and fluffy w/ blueberry compote. There was a huge breakfast burrito the size of small baby, haha and brisket enchiladas which was tender and flavorful. I can’t wait to go back to try something new.
