“This was my first time visiting this spot. If you want authentic, delicious Mexican food, come here! We had their chips and queso with chorizo added. We also got their fiesta chicken burrito, a carne asada burrito and some fried ice cream. The burritos are huge, the queso is thick and the salsa isn't watery like some places. We will be return customers!“

“This may be the easiest review ever! This place is my new favorite. I had my birthday dinner here in March and it was probably the best experience I have had with a restaurant and a large party. Everything was perfect, the staff the food the service the ease of everything. I requested the "Party Room" as they call it at the Clearwater location. They let me decorate to my liking and never once were we in need of anything (our party had 20 people) all at the same time their regular restaurant was full on a Saturday night. They offer 2 for 1 drinks during the week 2-6 and let me tell you if you drink sangria the red is delicious, and strong. This place is just so fun, we have a blast no matter if we are here for drinks, dinner or a large party. The staff is attentive, and fun. 5+++ stars, more if I could give it.“

“Family of 5 visited on a rainy Wednesday evening, on 7/1. Restaurant was plenty busy. Was greeted by Karen Vanessa explaining, with a smile, that service may take a while. We weren't in any rush. Ordered some AMAZING margaritas, ordered our food and just a little while later it all came out. While The server (Karen) was SO busy with other larger parties and a few smaller parties, she kept smiling and kept all of us happy. The food (mine was an Al Pastor wet burrito) was simply AMAZING! Other family members got the Birria tacos and fajitas. All the food was wonderful and service was even better. Totally recommend!“

We got steak and chicken tacos, rice and beans, and Jose made sure we had all of the trimmings for the tacos. Everything was ready on time and packed so well. “First time eating there today for taco Tuesday, at $1.70 per taco! We are from Colorado and so we know about great authentic Mexican food. Very clean and organized building. Great service coupled with excellent Mexican food. Israel was our waiter and he was very pleasant. Everything was done super-fast and with very friendly genuine people. Voted best Mexican restaurant in Pinellas Park in 2026 and 2025; stop in and you will NOT be disappointed. Enjoy! Oh happy hour starts at 3pm daily! You will love it.“

“Took my employees here for a quick lunch yesterday. Service was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The view was even better. We started off with the mad nachos it was huge and absolutely delicious! Hit the spot! I had the Birria Tacos with Consomé it was extremely flavorful and tender (If you want the birria tacos, go earlier rather than later,since they sell out. ) Since it’s in a tourist area, the menu reflects both local flavor and appeal for visitors. We are not alcohol drinkers, but looking around at the other tables, the drinks looked refreshing. Everything came very fast. I would recommend this restaurant for groups. We will be coming back soon for dinner.“

“Got some gorditas from here and found them to be pretty good. Mostly standard and inline with other offerings in the area. I always find the pricing for food trucks (not servicing an event) to be kind of odd in that its generally always higher than an equivalent restaurant which seems counter intuitive to the lower costs. Tacos el Primo follows suit in this regard. Overall its decent if your in the area.“

There tacos 🌮 are very good, delicious, and really big compared to other places I have eaten at, there burgers 🍔 are to die for it's extreme delicious and man when I say there huge there huge it's bigger and taller than two McDonald's double quarter lbs on top of each other I had my with eggs, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bread onions rings the works the photo on the menu doesn't do it justice I had to cut it to eat it's that big and tall. Like I said you get so much food for what your paying just didn't go to late because it gets packed but I do have to say there service is very good 👌 😎 👍.“
