“The owner & staff of PDQ are top notch! We are always greeted with a warm welcome & smiling faces. They know our family as we go almost every Sunday after church. I love that the staff goes above & beyond for their customers & you can tell that they truly care. Food is always hot, fresh & fast. Restaurant is always clean. They keep out crayons & coloring sheets for the kids. We have frequented other PDQ’s in the area but Seminole always stands out because of their amazing staff. ?“
“The two or three-piece fish dinner is off the chain. The burgers are great. The curds are even better. Don't particularly care too much for the coleslaw all the rest of the food is out of this world. Good quality, good portions. Just all in all good stuff. Desserts out the yin yang all kinds of flavors. You can create your own smooth custardKid-friendliness: The kids can get their menu soon as they get the bag. If they eat everything in their bag that they've ordered, they get one free scoop of ice cream of their choice with one topping for free. And if you collect the coupons and I think you get 10 in a row you bring those 10 back and you get to pick something out of the cabinet and whether it be a soccer ball football whatever“
“They respectfully and professionally explained that they don't accept coupons at their location. They shared with me 2 or 3 other locations that do accept coupons. They noticed that my party had coupons in our hands and were able to let me know before ordering. I appreciated knowing this before attempting to use the coupons at the register. The staff was thinking ahead and was on top of things to warn me about their coupon policy. Both staff members were quiet and kept busy attending to customers and the store.“
“So my son is on the spectrum, and his diet is made up of very few items that he will eat. However, he wanted to try Subway, and so I was like, Yes! So we went to our neighborhood subway, which is within walking distance from our house, and when we got there, I was unsure what he would ask for. He wanted a meatball sub. However, knowing my son and his habits, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could just sample a meatball. So he made him one. Which I thought was above and beyond great customer service. My son was not adverse to the meatball but didn't seem to really think it was something he would eat an entire sub of.So we asked for kind of a custom chicken mozzarella Mariana sub, and they obliged. They were so patient with us and made us feel comfortable. “UPDATE 2/12/2024 : I usually use the drive thru for a medium dipped in chocolate, or once and a while, a DQ Blizzard. Tonight, it is a little rainy and cooler, but I wanted some ice cream.I got a banana split. Have not had one in years. I went inside to order it. Natalie served me and provided me with great customer service. My Banana Split was out in a short timeIt was very good. I sat at a table, the tables were clean and well kept. The floors were clean.
