“Okay, they have officially redeemed themselves! The last time I came in, I was disappointed because the food just wasn’t hitting the same as it did with the previous owners.
Today, I was in the area and decided to give them another shot with my daughter—and I’m glad I did. This time, the food tasted like the old owners never left. Redemption arc complete. 😂
My only complaint: somebody PLEASE get the lady behind the counter some help! She was taking orders, cooking the food, and basically running a one-woman lunch-time Olympics. Somehow, she handled it like a champ.
Seriously, leave that woman on the grill—she knows exactly what she’s doing. Just give her a teammate before she starts answering the phone with one hand and flipping burgers with the other. 😂“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. To Gelo and Jade who was able to helped me Thank you so much and we super appreciate you!! Guys have such a great customer service!! “very disappointed in my Five Guys burger from Clearwater mall today. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.“

“I'm not sure what this tacobell has been doing but its absolutely working, very nice people and quick with service havent had my order messed up in a while, I use to come here all the time and my past experiences absolutely sucked! With all who work here in the middle afternoon and night now are absolutely wonderful with great customer service keep it up!!!!!“

“Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.“

“We ordered a tropichop buffet for our daughter birthday party and they absolutely crushed it! Delivery was on time, food was hot, got all the bowls, utensils, serving spoons. The food was incredible, awesome option for a party! We wish we had one closer to us, but they did an amazing job overall!“

“At first the menu at the drive-thru was very intimidating, but the employee who spoke to us what's so helpful she walked us through all of our choices and we picked just a three-piece chicken dinner.
Original recipe including coleslaw mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Large drink was also included. It was a great value!“

“This Subway is much better now, whoever they have running it is actually fast and makes the food correctly. A long time ago, I stopped coming here because it was too slow. I dunno what changed, I am guessing management is different all these years later and it is a completely different experience.
