“Okay, they have officially redeemed themselves! The last time I came in, I was disappointed because the food just wasn’t hitting the same as it did with the previous owners.
Today, I was in the area and decided to give them another shot with my daughter—and I’m glad I did. This time, the food tasted like the old owners never left. Redemption arc complete. 😂
My only complaint: somebody PLEASE get the lady behind the counter some help! She was taking orders, cooking the food, and basically running a one-woman lunch-time Olympics. Somehow, she handled it like a champ.
Seriously, leave that woman on the grill—she knows exactly what she’s doing. Just give her a teammate before she starts answering the phone with one hand and flipping burgers with the other. 😂“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. To Gelo and Jade who was able to helped me Thank you so much and we super appreciate you!! Guys have such a great customer service!! “very disappointed in my Five Guys burger from Clearwater mall today. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.“

Not busy (surprising as good as the food is!), greeted by Hannah, smiled, enthusiastic, let me know timeline since the food was made fresh, and then the crew got to work on my order. She made sure all items were in the bag, added extra sauces as asked, and utensils. Hannah is a great asset to your team!“

“The staff here is always on top of things and super professional! I pick up a lot of orders delivering for Uber and this is probably the best spot by far because of the staff here! Keep up the good work they all deserve raises. I’ve worked in restaurant and Customer Service for the majority of my life and these people really impressed me.“

“Yo quiero Taco Bell...with my daughter, on the regular. It's fast, it's food, and we enjoy it.

The most hit or miss item on the menu, however, is the crunchwrap. Sometimes it's awesome and sometimes there's almost nothing filling it and I'm just crunching on lettuce in a tortilla. It's not often, but it's been more than a couple of times. We still go back regularly because it's otherwise very consistent.“

“I really can't say enough great things about the staff at this location. Everyone I have encountered are top notch in every possible way. They all know me by name and make me.feel very appreciated as a guest not just a customer. The food is always consistent, fesh and hot. I don't know what they get paid, bit it is clearly not enough.“

“Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.“

“Shoutout to ALL of the employees on the night shift. (2/14 7pm-8pm) I️ made a huge mistake on my end when ordering and didn’t notice until later on. They resolved the issue perfectly and each had amazing customer service - despite it being such a big busy day as well. “The only chicken restaurant that rivals Raising Cane's and Popeyes, thanks to their phenomenal biscuits which are easily the best of all time and the legendary sweet tea. Thank god our Pinellas location turned out perfect, upgrade of the century cuz this used to be a Burger King.“

“I ordered the 1/4 chicken with rice and Caesar salad for the very first time. The chicken was really good and had a nice flavor. The Caesar salad was also good with a really good sauce. I took away one star because the two pieces of chicken the thigh and leg were really small. Overall I will definitely order from this restaurant again and hope that the chicken pieces are larger.“

“At first the menu at the drive-thru was very intimidating, but the employee who spoke to us what's so helpful she walked us through all of our choices and we picked just a three-piece chicken dinner.
Original recipe including coleslaw mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Large drink was also included. It was a great value!“
