“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.“
