It’s Definitely the best Philly cheesesteaks around. We will definitely be back!“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.“

“Fire front counter employees and install the kiosks. Then only have one of four kiosks functional. Brilliant! Now try and order at the front counter. Good luck the food runner will get to you at some point! Only two of the four menu boards work so you have to guess what you want.“

“At first the menu at the drive-thru was very intimidating, but the employee who spoke to us what's so helpful she walked us through all of our choices and we picked just a three-piece chicken dinner.
Original recipe including coleslaw mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Large drink was also included. It was a great value!“

“This Subway is much better now, whoever they have running it is actually fast and makes the food correctly. A long time ago, I stopped coming here because it was too slow. I dunno what changed, I am guessing management is different all these years later and it is a completely different experience.
