McDonald's is a popular restaurant that receives both positive and negative reviews. The staff, such as Rosa, are commended for their excellent customer service. The restaurant's cleanliness is also a highlight, with fresh and clean-smelling bathrooms, a lobby that is routinely mopped, and tables that are kept free of debris.
The Pinellas Park location, in particular, receives five stars for its well-maintained dining area, fresh morning fries, and exceptional customer service. The daytime staff at the 66th Street @ 102nd Ave, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 location is currently the best collection of employees as individuals and as a team. They strive for excellence in all aspects of service, and the positive atmosphere created by the management rubs off on all the employees.
Customers have praised the quick and friendly service, with Rosa in particular being recognized for getting their breakfast and coffee in less than a minute, and for her kind and professional demeanor. The restaurant is also noted for its cleanliness, with a staff member seen mopping the floor to a shiny finish.
Overall, McDonald's is a kid-friendly restaurant with ample parking and a mix of positive and negative reviews, but the Pinellas Park location stands out for its excellent service and well-maintained facilities.
