“I love the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. That is my go to reason to visit the drive through which for the most part there is hardly a wait. The service is fast. I have never dined in. The only improvement would be for the employees to wear those disposable gloves when handling food for the public. Is that no longer required at fast food joints?“
“It seems like there’s an issue with the crew at night based on some of the reviews. So I will tell you my experience. I came through the driveway and a wonderful young lady by the name of Carsen took my order.. I had a difficult request and she stated that she will take care of that she will just need to type it in..I told her it was okay and to not worry about it if they were not able to accommodate it. She had great attitude, great conversation and she went above and beyond for the customer which I’m pretty sure that is what Chick fil a stands for! She gets an immediate 5 star from me! Please give her the kudos she deserves. As soon as I came to the window I was greeted, then my request popped up and the cook in the back loudly stated make it make sense. The employees in the front bagging the food ..one is with her phone up reading and talking about something then the other one stated who rung that request up..a young man came to the window i explained what I wanted he stated they couldn’t do it at the time which was fine. Very nice guy. Everyone was laughing at the employee who rung up my order.. I didn’t see what was funny. Carsen tried to explain what my request was to them and then from the window she told me she tried. I told her don’t worry you’re good. She then rung something up and next thing I hear is gossip going on at the window. The 2 girls that were at the window stated they didn’t like her and that if they rung something up they would get in trouble but since it was her then she wouldn’t. I was like are y’all really doing this at the window in front of a customer. So the girl at the window asked how my day was I stated it was good and the other girl that was at the window with her cut her off and started talking about her boyfriend or a boy whatever. Finally, I got my order and left. Everything was in the bag so that’s a big plus! I called this location and asked to speak to Carsen.. the lady on the phone stated okay one moment I said okay thanks then she came back on the phone asking who am I and what is my relation I told her my name and that I was just the customer that was at the window and wanted to speak to Carsen to thank her for her service and that she did a great job she then stated oh I can just tell her that I asked so I can’t tell her that myself? She put me on hold again. I literally hung up that ticked me off so bad!IM JOT HER FRIEND OR ANY KIN TO HER I JUST WANTED TO THANK HER. So instead I went ahead and submitted a review. Everything was great until I got to the window. The night crew needs to be a bit more professional and aware of what they are doing and saying in front of the customers.THIS IS A TEAM YALL SHOULD NIT BE TALKING ABOUT EACHOTHER OR GOING AGAIST EACHOTHER. I come to this location 4 to 5 times a week whether it’s in the morning, afternoon or night. The service is always great but tonight I was appalled. Check your cameras and see how much they talk among them selves.You still get 5 stars since Carsen did great with me!! WATCH YOUR BACK CARSEN DONT TRUST THOSE GIRLS..KEEP WORKING HARD DONT LET ANYONE BRING YOU DOWN! YOU DID GREAT TONIGHT.“
“I can say as a drive thru at Wendy's on Oldsmar the ppl whom work the AM shift are so so super nice they greet you with a good Morning and and as they give you your food it's Have a nice day so as customer service goes they are one of the best drive thru love the staff there and they always know what am ordering and the way I love my Morning breakfast thank you to all the morning crew you guy's ROCK Keep up the hard work Thank you so much God bless“
“The service and the food was great! I was hesitant about coming here due to the reviews but i tried it out for myself and i can honestly say Angel and William did an amazing job attending me. My chicken wrap tasted amazing and was nice and toasted, exactly how I like it! So, I will be a returning customer.“
“One of my favorite places to eat,Was my first time at this location and the service was amazing. Couldn't have got a better waitress. I will definitely go back to this Stake 'n Shake! UPDATE- that was pre covid, The food has changed completely. I have eaten the same things for over 30 years and A Chilli-mac has always been my favorite by far. The portions are half of what it was and the taste made me never want to come back. My favorite childhood meal is now a thing of the past I will never be able to have again.“
“Double cheeseburger no bun and they had no problem making it nor presenting it in a nice looking way. When it comes to diabetes and ordering special things, there are places that make the extra effort and some that don't and this location definitely made the extra effort.“

“Honestly, I’m not a Jersey Mikes guy. Only times I’ve eaten at one was when I was with a group and overruled. But on this visit I came in because my car was being serviced across the street and nothing else was open on a Sunday morning within walking distance. Glad I did. Staff was pretty friendly and fast. Had a great conversation with them. They even made a point to say good bye when I left. Sub was good (I just prefer Publix). But this review reflects five star service for making what was a bad day, just a little better.“
