Since my wife and I frequent that Walmart we have went to this location on average once a week since it opened, and haven't had a single bad experience. The closest was that I tried a new cheese stake that didn't agree with my body and it ended up making me nauseous, so I told the person I recognized as the boss, and stressed that I just wanted to let him know so the problem could be looked into. He ended up giving me a free cheese stake for my trouble. The food itself, while pricey, is amazing. Their wings are big, flavorful, and meaty. There have been cheese stakes I didn't like, but that is always a risk you take when you try something new. The cooks have never, not even once given me the wrong order. As far as atmosphere goes it does feel like you are in a little restaurant that is inside a walmart, but they can't really be blamed for the reality of it.Wheelchair accessibility: It is flat ground, and I am sure if you need help with moving a chair someone would happily lend a hand.“

“A big group of us forgot to call ahead and bombarded the place with 12+ orders. The owner was very welcoming when she could have told us she could not do that big of an order. She told us she would have it out in 45min and had it to us in less than 30. She also knew all her regulars by name and order. When she heard we decided to support a local shop she gave us some food for free as thanks for giving her our business. For over a year I did the subway diet and it helped me lose over 100 pounds. “Well that was quick! I am leaving my honest experience below but I received a personal phone call from the manager less than an hour after posting this review. He apologized profusely and offered to buy my lunch tomorrow. He explained that my experience today was caused but a number of things that went wrong. It is clear that he intends to please his customers so I am updating my overall rating. I feel better about this place now than if I hadn't had the bad experience earlier today._______________My original post from earlier today..._________________I ordered online at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 11:05 a.m. and saw that my order was number 1 on the monitor. A person who ordered in person after I arrived walked away with their order before me. At 11:12 a.m. the cook finally placed what turned out to my steak on the grill. She had been working on other orders in the meantime.When she finally handed me my order at 11:14 a.m. I asked her why she hadn't started my order until 12 minutes after I placed my order online she pointed to another employee and said "ask her". I said why should I ask her when you are the one who cooked my order? She completely ignored me and refused to respond.This is the fourth consecutive time that I place an order online at this (Countryside Mall) location before leaving my house and arrived at the restaurant to find that my order had not even been started. Why have online ordering if you aren't going to have the food prepared when the customer arrives.I have also had other problems at this location in the past. I have put up with it because the food is good.There is standalone Charley's four minutes from this location in the food court at Countryside mall. Even though it is farther from my home it will hopefully be less frustrating. The company shouldn't lose a customer just because the operator of this location is lousy.“

But on this visit I came in because my car was being serviced across the street and nothing else was open on a Sunday morning within walking distance. Glad I did. Staff was pretty friendly and fast. Had a great conversation with them. They even made a point to say good bye when I left. Sub was good (I just prefer Publix).
