I stopped in here for lunch while working a blue jays game after reading the reviews and I can't say enough good things! It is so hard to find places with sprouts anymore and I can't just describe how soft and heavenly their bread is!I got the guacamole and sprouts with turkey and the portion is huge and the flavor is exquisite. Delicious sandwiches! Been eating here for years! The sunybird is delicious and the chicken salad and tuna salad is yummy as well! It's just take out but so worth it! The rice bread and potatoe bread is delicious too! Two thumbs up!
Lonnis has been one of my favorite places to get a gourmet sandwich without breaking the bank! Lunch break, yes!
