This has been our go to. We order from here 2 to 3 times per week. We got one really bad steak sandwich. The meat was so tough we tossed a $15 sandwich in the trash. I wrote to corportate. They said a store manager would contact us. They never did. Nevertheless we kept ordering. Now it has become totally hit or miss. If I could give Firehouse 10 stars I would! And the Largo Mall location in particular is just awesome!! Ive been coming to Firehouse since they opened. The staff always welsomes us and greers us with smiles and the store is always clean. On top of all that, the food is ALWAYS being fantastic and the owner of that location in particular is very professional and courteous.
