The only guy working. Busy. No back up. Taking the order, making them and serving with a smile. I know it's not easy but the guy did a wonderful job. I don't know his name. Young Afro American guy in his 20's. Well done dude??
This review is ACTUALLY pointed at the Starbucks at Eastbay and Starkey but was unable to write a review fie that location. However, this review would be appropo for this location, as well.I never thought I would say this but Starbucks, at least the ones in Pinellas County, have gone the way of Dunkin Donuts and that is not a compliment.I had a bad experience and wanted to share it with the district "manager". frappe was really liquidity, to the point I thought it was gonna splash out of the cup on my walk to the car. it gave me a stomach for like 10 minutes, which is unlike Starbucks.

Starbucks, located inside Publix, offers a friendly and efficient service. The staff, including a young African American man and a barista named Kayla, are praised for their welcoming attitude and attentiveness to dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance. Despite being busy with only one staff member, they manage to provide excellent service with a smile. Kayla, in particular, is commended for being the best barista encountered at any location.
