Line moved fast; food was freshly made right after I ordered! I wish they would of cut the steak and bacon before serving my food, whats the point of sliced bread if everything else isn't sliced? Either way an enjoyable experience. Little bit on the pricy side but you can expect that eating at the mall. Love coming the this Charleys in citrus park mall. Though The last couple times I've been, haven't been as good. The sandwiches has been kind of bland and the cheese fries come with very little cheese. To top todays visit off, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall as I was picking up my food.

Food was what I expected from Charley’s really good the seasoning was great as well but the siracha tasted a bit old and it would be 5stars if the customer service was a bit friendlier. Im a manager at a restaurant so I know it’s hard to keep an up attitude but they can’t let that show.
