“Usually I love this McDonald's but today I am so disappointed. I ordered on the app and there wasn't an option for just a sausage biscuit meal so I had to order a sausage and egg biscuit. I customized it by asking for no folded egg. What I got was a biscuit with ONLY egg and NO sausage at all. I dont have the time to go back up there to fix it either so I guess I just get a biscuit for breakfast.“

“I must have forgotten how much more burger the Big Buford offers. They don’t try to make up for a little patty with a pile of processed French fries. The meal deal was plenty. Their fries are great. A very competitive value. I’ll be back!“

“I wish I would have taken a picture of the burger I just picked up from this location. I have never purchased a burger that so closely resembled the product photo.

I called to let their team know because I know positive feedback means a lot to people in such a demanding environment.

In the past I’ve gotten their jalapeño tots and they were so overcooked there was nothing inside. I’ve also seen posts of them on Facebook being seen using Chex soda in replacement for coke.

Today, I ordered the ultimate steakhouse burger that was so picturesque I regret not taking a picture but believe me I was impressed. I’ve also never gotten this whopper in a box and it was not only boxed but wrapped like someone cared. I noticed their fries were a lil different too but in a good way. I think they peppered them?!

When I called to give kudos they said they were under new management and I just felt like I knew that before I knew it. I’ve been saying the past few weeks how my jalapeño tots aren’t burned to oblivion, they actually have cheese inside now. I told her “oh yeah I can tell. It looks amazing.” I’m big on the presentation of food, I think it matters.

If you haven’t had luck at this location in the past few months, give them a chance again because they will blow you away.“

“This is the ONLY KFC that I have or would rate this well! I honestly did not want to eat here, because of past experiences of other locations over the years. This place is trendy looking, clean, staff friendly, and our entire meal was great! The size of pieces were better than expected. The coleslaw was like it's supposed to be! Delicious! The ONLY negative thing, and this is personal choice, is they only serve honey now with biscuits without a choice of butter, due to the fact they are made with butter on them.“

“I drive from Palmetto every day to Hardee’s here on 19, they are always so friendly and happy every time I walk in they’re so fast getting my food ready for me. The manager Angel is absolutely amazing. The place wouldn’t be the same without her. She is a joy to see every morning. The food is always hot fresh and amazing.“
