“I have a great experience at Subway everytime I go in. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently. My sandwich was made exactly as requested, and all the ingredients were fresh and well-stocked. The restaurant was clean, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. “The most amazing customer experience at a Taco Bell. I am a former manager of a couple different restaurant chains so I am trained to spot talent and quality. New to the area but I had to stop here to eat and get some work done. I immediately noticed how quick, efficient, courteous, and communicative the crew was behind the scenes. I came on a Sunday between 1 and 2pm . Cashier on file was Aliviya S. I was handled in a friendly and timely manner, noticed every smile. Thanks for an accurate order even with my modifications for diet it was made to perfection. I hope these employees can be recognized for great work. It was a young man and two girls. “I can still recommend with caveat. They have good burgers that are moderately priced and the fries are still as good as ever. However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“

I was at this McDonald’s on 12/2/25 around 6/7 pm picking up an uber order & it was VERY busy , the drive thru was long & there was a couple people waiting for their orders in the lobby . There was a customer that was visibly upset that she was waiting for her food , because God forbid you have to wait for your food to be prepared right !? I guess she expected everyone to stop what they were doing to make her order ! She was just down right mean to the poor workers / manager . she clearly had a bad day , or life lol , & was taking it out on these poor people ! Everyone else was waiting patiently as we learn to do in kindergarten , even my 3 year old was being more patient than her . The manager i believe ( I didn’t catch her name but she was short I think she had glasses and black hair & looked pretty young ) was trying to make it right for her & refund her money back . while she is doing this , this broad is STILL berating this poor girl saying stuff like “ you guys SUCK “ . She was being a bully . Hats off to the manager because she held her composure , made it right by refunding her & she never matched her negative energy or stopped to her level . She goes on to ask for the managers name & said she was going to write a review . I know with her being an entitled , miserable , emotionally immature person , she will probably try to twist the situation . So I just wanted to write a review saying how amazing all the workers are because while this is going on they never stopped working , just knocking out all the orders super fast & the manager did an amazing job at helping this lady even when she shouldn’t have !!! I hope that lady seeks therapy . Yall are awesome :)“

“Staff is the best I've seen in awhile I stopped coming here and live right next door. Today changed that! I decided to try again I was craving a good burger close by and with great success. I was greated hello by a young gentleman, that was welcoming. Rhiana assisted me she was so friendy and efficient. I showed her I was getting a new puppy and she pleasantly engaged with me as I waited for my food. Wow I didn't wait long and the food was perfect so hot and fresh.
