My five stars are for Pierre, Jen and Jose.
Not for the corporation of Wendy's.
So I have seen that this Wendy's has improved over all in the past couple of years.
I think that I learned a few days ago why.
I got to see the manager Pierre in action.
He was real laid-back and was working without applying unnecessary pressure to his diverse crew.

The staff is extremely helpful and hardworking. They all work well under pressure and are very accommodating and accountable. They treated me and other customers with respect and were beyond patient.
