Corn dogs are usually fresh and hot. This time they were room temperature. Onion ring batter was greasy, fell of onion rings and tasted sweet like Churros. They may need to check their oil. Called and spoke with Emily. She was disinterested in my feedback. Disappointed!!
We just left here at 830pm on Oct 3 and that was genuinely the best customer service at any fast food restaurant we've been to for the past few years. The lovely Black lady who brought us our food could not have been nicer. We brought our dogs through for an evening treat since our big Great Dane is in his final weeks due to health issues and she brought their cheese sticks and pup cups very fast with the nicest attitude. We are patient people, but almost every single time we go here we get a sandwich for no cheese because one of us has a dairy allergy. More than just stomach issues if she has it. We repeat ourselves and get reassured they heard us. We even say it's a dairy allergy... And yet, somehow it shows up with cheese on it.
