“I placed order #435 on March 5th and followed the order in their app. The app flashed as the pizza was delivered but nobody ever came to the house.I called the store and spoke with a manager. Explained the situation and told him I either wanted my Money back or the order. The manager said they would send the order but after waiting for a 1 1/2 hrs I got in my car and drove to the store. After speaking with "Jeovanni" who stated he was the manager but had no clue what happened to my order because he just started his shift. If that's true or not Jeovanni gave me my money back and credit which while there and still super hungry I told him to make me the order I placed using the credit.Jeovanni showed good customer service and made my order himself.“

“This is the best Little Caesar’s in town! Whoever the manager is, hired the best staff I have encountered at almost any place to eat. They are fast, extremely polite and friendly, and were nice enough to wait on me 15 minutes before closing for the Labor Day holiday and treated me like the first customer of the day (yes I was a jerk for going at closing time, but I was craving a snack from them hardcore).“
