“We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“Dana was our order taker and was very nice and very pleasant. This restaurant was a lot better than the last Culver’s we went to, and the workers were a lot more considerate. The last Culver’s we went to was a 30 minute wait for food, whereas, this place was less than five minutes! Overall, I love this Culver’s better than any other one I have been to. The only downside is the location is not very interstate/highway friendly and you must take a lot of roads to get there.“

“this place is the best and always will be my favorite hangout spot with my friends. The staff is very nice and always kind. Savanah is top-tier and one of my favorite people ever. Syrus is super chill and awesome too. These people know how to make a Caesar salad like no tomorrow. Super affordable, paid $15 for a whole salad, half a pizza, a drink, and dessert. Lots of options and customization. Sooooooo good yummy yummy!“

“This was my first time to Lutz FL, Rasing Canes and all I can say is WOW!!! Chicken is crispy and juicy. Fries on point. And there is pure happiness in cane sauce 🙌. I'm also a cold slaw girl and this is were I normally find a problem is the slaw never measures up at a fast food place. BUT I WAS SO HAPPY slaw was awesome. Texas toast was soft and so good. Definitely beating the competition on a chicken joint. You've got a new fan in me.“

“Ordered delivery without realizing they dont have their own driver's any longer. They use door dash. Order was supposed to arrive at 5:15 and delivery now says eta 6. Delivery driver says they were running behind, yet JJ at Papa John's confirmed they were not and driver waited for another order which they are clearly delivering first. JJ made it right. Huge thank you to him!!! We do not support door dash drivers who lie to the customers to make a few extra dollars.“

“I have a busy schedule and I took of my birthday and the one thing i was looking forward to was my birthday sub. Im sure my wife is going to take me to a steak house. This location is the best around. Always clean, always fast, foodl alway hot bread always nice and toasty. I order the hero with a large iced teas and miss vickies. I was welcomed with a welcome to firehouse. The manager ( a young lady with glasses Alani or alana ) helped me navigate the app for my birthday reward. I was asked to donate to first responders, ofcourse! 10/10. Thanks forna great birthday lunch. It was perfect. Sub came out by the time I got my drink and some gator hammick hotsauce! Thanks again“

This is literally the only Subway I will eat at . It’s so clean and the owners/employees are so nice, polite, and welcoming. The food is always fresh.. I’ve never had any complaints.“

“This location had tasty food but a couple of issues. As i walked in I saw an elderly man with two canes struggling to get to the counter. He had ordered two sandwiches the Mrs got hers, ate it and he had been waiting stewing for over 10-minutes according to him, his wife had finished and according to him the counter employee said she would bring his sandwich right away and instead it got stuck in a pick up window. Elderly cannot alway hear people shouting a name , plus he had been told they would bring it to him. I doubt he will return. I ordered Chicken Strips with a side of mac n cheese repeated that twice. but still got waffle fries. eh. oh well they were eaten. So I dont know if they had a bunch of new hires 8/15/26 or if they are off their game. The man did call a manager and when the counter person brought his now not so warm sandwich she smiled and said there you go, all is good. probably not, he was pissed and now this review. Most CFL I have been to across the US would have bent over backward to make sure he first got his food promptly but if they made a mistake would not have made light of it. Sad. Will I go again. probably. I will change the review if its better. After all if they did have a bunch of new hires, it takes a hot minute to train.“

While the place was absolutely crazy with about 25 people in line because they were pretty much the only ones open in town, the line went quick, the staff were extremely friendly and smiling, my order was made to perfection. Thank you everyone for working so hard the day after a hurricane!“
